What do you like best about Brokerkit?

Brokerkit has impressive customer service! I just started using Brokerkit a couple of months ago, and anytime I have reached out to them for help, they have responded very quickly. They will create personalized videos walking you through their programs. It has been so helpful as someone new to the system not to waste time trying to figure it out on my own. At Brokerkit, they will guide you along the way and even help create campaigns just for your company. I very much appreciate their level of customer service! What do you dislike about Brokerkit?

DIslike... that is harder to say. There is a lot to learn, but you can't dislike that they give you many ways to utilize their services. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Brokerkit solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am new to using Brokerkit, and I am using mainly the retention side of things, but so far, it has helped us in setting campaigns to remind agents of when their licenses will expire. Also, sending our text or email blast has been a helpful tool in getting agent's attention. We are also working on setting up campaigns for birthdays and anniversarys. Super Easy and a great way to keep track of leads as well as your employees. You can text, email, and set them up on campaigns. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Brokerkit solving and how is that benefiting you?

We had a third-party company that would do our indeed ads, and then we would have to input them into Brokerkit ourselves. We found out that we could link the account together so that when someone applies from indeed, they will also go into Brokerkit. It has saved us so much time. What do you like best about Brokerkit?

I love that I can automate my targeted emails and let them run for weeks. I like that I can separate people into manageable groups. And the retention campaigns are awesome too. I really appreciate that there are templates to start with. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I'm not the most creative at creating emails but I've gotten a lot of help from BK service to learn how to create HTML graphics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When I struggled to figure out what I was doing, a customer service support rep helped talk me through the process, took over the project himself, and most importantly, ensured that the task was done correctly.
