**What do you like best about Brokerkit?**

It helps us keep track of who we have spoken with and who we still need to reach out to. The campaigns are super helpful because they help do the job for us!

**What do you dislike about Brokerkit?**

I wish that once we talked to them it kept them in the same order we spoke to them. It would be easier to keep the program a little more organized.

**What problems is Brokerkit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping us with the auto emails and text messages so we are saving time to be able to do other parts of our jobs.

**What do you like best about Brokerkit?**

Brokerkit helps me build campaigns to email as well as text potential recruits in the field.  Much easier to do it and keep track of it on this platform.

**What do you dislike about Brokerkit?**

Some parts of the program are sluggish.  They are pretty good about updating it.

**What problems is Brokerkit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Emailing, texting, and keeping track of thousands of people!

**What do you like best about Brokerkit?**

It provides an easy platform to reach out to our agents or prospects. 

**What do you dislike about Brokerkit?**

It could be more intuitive and could eliminate some double data entry. Predictive analytics would be a great feature to look at as well.

**Recommendations to others considering Brokerkit:**

This system will not improve your process on your own, but will give you the tools and systems you can use to increase productivity and transparency for your staff.

**What problems is Brokerkit solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use it to send mass communications as well as keep a unified notes section for our staff. IT also allows us more insight into our onboarding process.
