It apparently helps to leverage smooth communication in various ways. **What do you dislike about Broadridge?** The admin dashboard is not that interactive and sometimes choppy to use. The reporting part is also evolving hence not that strong, but the point to note here is that it is evolving **What problems is Broadridge solving and how is that benefiting you?** A platform was required which could send the users the required or the intended content via email and keep track of the emails sent and provide reporting for that. The platform is expected to divert the traffic on the internal websites ### 2. New functionality is being added over time to automate more of our processes **What do you dislike about Broadridge?** More investment in new modules like investor onboarding is needed. The focus should be on user experience. Additionally, an ecosystem of integration partners should be available to extend functionality that doesn't exist within Broadridge products **What problems is Broadridge solving and how is that benefiting you?** Automating back office compliance, workflow and coordination activities between all stakeholders in capital markets including sales, compliance, syndication and other teams ### 3.
