Their website has a plethora of helpful knowledgeable tools and information.   Their website alone is easy to navigate, friendly to the eye, and very useful info!

**What do you dislike about Broadridge Client Portal?**

Much of the material is great and useful, of course, you must have an account or present your email to log in, which ultimately, with marketing efforts, is 100 fold on your inbox!

**Recommendations to others considering Broadridge Client Portal:**

Tons and tons of content for new /updated relatable, useful content,  
Great turnkey solution.

**What problems is Broadridge Client Portal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Many things are helpful when using Broadridge, a favorite is the client portal.  Helpful for Advisor, staff, and client.  The portal is user-friendly, saving loads of time.

Simplicity of tabs and user-friendly interface. Ability to select e-docs or paper based.

**What do you dislike about Broadridge Client Portal?**

The data pulls differently than the actual Broadridge Dataphile system so there can be inconsistencies which cause confusion.

**What problems is Broadridge Client Portal solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Client access to their accounts. Ability to monitor performance of portfolio and historical transactions.
