I wasn't satisfied with the Broadridge Advisor Portal because it didn't meet my company's needs for website design. It had a lot of 'canned' content and not as much personalization. The website reporting was less advanced than what we found with Yext. It also needed more personalization, refreshed template designs, and better integration with our other company tools. Broadridge Advisor Portal's canned content and lack of personalization didn't meet our website design needs, so we switched to Yext. It also had less advanced website reporting.
