What do you like best about Broadly?

They do the one thing I feel is most important to my business, they get social reviews for me. Since using broadly, the percentage of jobs coming in from social reviews is staggering. I would not be in the position I am in now if it weren't for the amazing service broadly provides. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Broadly?

I love that I can sit back and let Broadly do so much of the work for me! Their customer service is unparalleled, everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable. Reaching out to our customers post-transaction is so important, but it can be very timeconsuming. Having Broadly there to help with outreach has been such great help. Broadly has help my ranking with Google by moving from 4th to 1st place!! Easy to use and my customers have told me that they really liked the email and the ease to use! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
