Just six years after its inception, the provider is already managing more than 275,000 websites and blogs, making it one of the fastest-growing hosting platforms designed for the reseller market in the UK. They also offer web hosting, and their migration centre makes switching to them from another provider much easier than usual, but also faster, taking hours instead of days. Brixly has a London-based data centre network, made up of what they claim are the highest quality Tier 1 providers, in order to ensure that they’re always online, plus a Chicago-based one. They promise 99.9% uptime, guaranteeing money back in the event that they can’t keep that promise. Brixly is big on customer satisfaction, so they offer an almost-free month-long trial on every plan. This makes your choice much easier. Honestly, what I like best about Brixly is the combination of their rock-solid performance and their truly fantastic support. You know, it's one thing to have fast servers, but it's another to have someone genuinely helpful on the other end when you need them. With Brixly, I get both. The speed is just... noticeable. My sites load quickly, and I haven't had any of those frustrating downtime issues. Plus, knowing they're using things like NVMe storage and AMD EPYC processors gives me confidence that they're serious about performance. But really, it's the support that makes them stand out. They're always quick to respond and actually solve my problems. It's like they really care about their customers, and that makes a huge difference. To be perfectly honest, there's not a lot I dislike about Brixly. They've been a solid hosting provider for me. If I had to pick something, I'd say the domain name management portion of their platform could use a bit of an update. The GUI feels a little dated, and it's not as intuitive as it could be. Also, I think the pricing for domain registrations and transfers could be more competitive. Additionally, while their support is fantastic for general hosting issues, I'd appreciate a more robust support area specifically for users who prefer to work with the terminal and for domain/dns. More detailed documentation and troubleshooting resources for command-line interactions would be a welcome improvement. And, more control via the terminal is always something I like. It's not a deal-breaker, but it would definitely enhance the experience for more technically inclined users like myself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. The price-to-feature ratio is Brixly's biggest strength for me. They offer a superior package compared to other providers. They handle all the server maintenance and technical aspects flawlessly, which allows me to focus on my clients and their needs, knowing everything is running smoothly and reliably.
