Briq built Otto, the AI orchestration platform for construction. Most construction software records work after a person has already done it. Otto does the work itself, verifies it, and tells you what should happen next. Otto is delivered as three products that run on one shared intelligence layer. Lead Genius is AI business development. Otto sources, scores, and ranks every lead, runs bids and pursuits from first signal to submitted proposal, and keeps every record current without manual entry. Project Genius is AI project management. Budgets track live against every cost, change orders get caught, priced, and routed automatically, and what happens in the field lands in the numbers without anyone rekeying it. Accounting Genius is AI accounting and finance. AP, billing, pay apps, and job cost reconcile as work happens instead of at month-end, replacing most of the ERP and leaving only the two ledger seats accounting actually keeps. Because all three products run on the same Otto brain, nothing gets rekeyed between systems. Otto reads the systems you use today, takes over the work inside them, and retires them on your schedule. Briq was founded in 2018 and is headquartered in Santa Barbara, California. Otto is used by general contractors, specialty and MEP contractors, civil contractors, construction managers, and design-build firms across the United States.
