**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Darrin D. | HOD, Packaging and Containers, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 05, 2026

**What do you like best about briq?**

Briq has helped us bring better structure and visibility to our financial processes across multiple product lines and operational units. The platform centralizes budgeting, forecasting, and spend tracking, which reduces reliance on spreadsheets and improves consistency in reporting. It’s particularly useful for monitoring costs and aligning financial planning with operational activities.

**What do you dislike about briq?**

The platform is powerful, but it does require time to fully implement and adapt to existing workflows. Some features are not immediately intuitive, especially for teams that are less familiar with financial systems. There is also room for improvement in terms of customization within certain reports.

**What problems is briq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Briq addresses the challenge of fragmented financial data and manual consolidation. By automating workflows and bringing data into one system, it improves accuracy and reduces the time spent on reporting. This has made it easier for us to track costs, manage budgets, and make more informed decisions across the business.

 ### 3. Clear Dashboards Linking Labor Costs to Project Budgets

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kajetán O. | HR Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about briq?**

From an HR and operations perspective, what stands out is the visibility across workforce-related costs and overall project spend. In hospitality, especially with events and venue operations, staffing levels change frequently, so having a clearer connection between labor costs and project budgets is helpful.

I mainly look at high-level dashboards to understand how staffing and operational costs are aligning with budgets. It’s not something I use daily, but it gives a more structured overview when planning or reviewing performance across different locations.

**What do you dislike about briq?**

It’s not fully tailored to hospitality workflows, so some adjustments were needed in how we categorize and track data. Also, most of the detailed interaction with the system sits with finance and operations, so HR usage is more indirect.

**What problems is briq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previously, workforce costs and project-level financials were handled in separate systems, which made it harder to get a unified picture. Now, there’s better alignment between staffing decisions and overall budget performance.

It’s helped highlight where labor costs are higher than expected and supports more informed planning, especially during peak periods or large-scale events.

 ### 4. Clearer Budget and Job Cost Visibility for Site Teams

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alan c. | Site Supervisor, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about briq?**

From a site perspective, what helps most is having a clearer view of costs without relying completely on office updates. I don’t use every part of Briq, but I do check in on budgets and job cost progress, especially for ongoing installations and maintenance work.

It’s useful to see how labour, materials, and subcontractor costs are tracking against what was planned. That visibility wasn’t really there before unless we asked for it.

**What do you dislike about briq?**

It’s not something most site teams will use heavily day-to-day. A lot of the detailed input still happens at the office level, so we’re somewhat dependent on that being kept up to date. Also, it took a bit of time to understand what numbers actually mattered from a site point of view.

**What problems is briq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before this, cost tracking was mostly handled off-site, and by the time we got updates, things had already moved on. Now, there’s at least a more up-to-date view of how jobs are performing financially.

It helps flag when costs are starting to creep up, whether it’s materials or extra work, so we can raise it earlier instead of at the end of a job.

 ### 5. Briq Makes Multi-Site Budget and Vendor Spend Visibility Easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Maria B. | Area Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 24, 2026

**What do you like best about briq?**

What’s been most useful for me is the visibility across multiple sites. In facilities management, you’re dealing with ongoing maintenance, vendor costs, and reactive work, so having everything in one place makes a difference.

I mainly use Briq to track budgets across locations and keep an eye on vendor spend and maintenance-related costs. The dashboards give a quick overview of where we stand without needing to go back and forth with finance. It’s especially helpful when reviewing monthly performance across sites.

**What do you dislike about briq?**

It took some time to make it fit our workflow. Facilities management isn’t exactly the same as construction projects, so we had to adjust how we categorize costs and activities. Also, not all site-level staff use the system directly, so updates still depend on a few people.

**What problems is briq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before using Briq, most of our cost tracking was spread across reports and spreadsheets, which made it difficult to get a clear, real-time view. Now, we have a more centralized way to monitor budgets, track vendor expenses, and compare planned vs actual costs across sites.

It’s helped us spot overspending earlier and made reporting more consistent, especially when managing multiple locations at once.

 ### 6. Briq Brings Project and Financial Data Together for Clearer Budget vs. Actual Insights

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marcell D. | Lead Structural Designer / Co-Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about briq?**

What made Briq useful for us is the way it brings financial and project data into one view. As a structural design firm, we’re involved across multiple projects at different phases, and keeping track of costs versus design effort wasn’t always clear.

I mainly use it to get a better sense of project-level financial performance especially comparing planned budgets with actual time and cost input. The dashboards help highlight where certain projects are consuming more resources than expected, which isn’t always obvious during day-to-day work.

**What do you dislike about briq?**

It’s not something that immediately fits into an engineering workflow. We had to spend some time adjusting how we track and categorize project data so it aligns better with the platform. Also, not all team members use it directly, so adoption is still somewhat limited to management-level use.

**What problems is briq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Briq, financial tracking was mostly handled outside of our core project workflow, which made it harder to connect design effort with actual cost performance. Now, we have a clearer link between project activity and financial outcomes.
It’s helping us identify which types of projects are more efficient and where we may be underestimating effort. That visibility wasn’t really there before unless we did manual analysis.

 ### 7. briq Brings Budgets, Forecasts, and Actuals Together in One Clear Dashboard

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Oliver N. | Media Account Manager, Consulting, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about briq?**

Now we don’t have to check our spreadsheets all the time to keep track finances across various projects thanks to briq. Probably the most important benefit is data consolidation. We can all see budgets, forecasts, and actuals in one place, which helps when I’m coordinating with different teams. The clarity of dashboard reporting enables the team to check-in regularly, and has saved us time spent preparing updates. Reductions in manual entry has been helped by automation, especially when converting data from sources. Once you get the hang of it, it’s not too hard, and it dovetails fairly well into our processes.

**What do you dislike about briq?**

We thought we would have it up quickly. Getting everything to work with our existing systems took some back and forth and new users will definitely need some training. The interface offerings can perhaps be simplified a little more for teams that do not use any financials regularly. Some of the reporting customization was too limiting in specific cases which had us exporting the data for further analysis. While it’s nothing to lose sleep over, it does matter.

**What problems is briq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Say goodbye to financial data being spread across too many tools. Now we manage everything in one place to get better visibility and fewer mistakes. As a result, less time is spent gathering and reconciling data while project performance can be reviewed more consistently. Overall, it has improved the tracking of budgets and our decision-making process using better information.

 ### 8. briq Brings Financial & Operational Data Together with Clear Dashboard Reporting

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Laura L. | Senior PPC Technical Account Manager, Marketing and Advertising, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 21, 2026

**What do you like best about briq?**

briq has been useful in making sense of financial and operational data in a better way. I like how the technical account collects data and generates product reports together in one place. Dashboard reporting helps in checking performance and tracking key metrics without the need for multiple tools. With large datasets, automation of data collection reduces the amount of manual work involved. Overall, it helps create a clearer view of budgets and project performance.

**What do you dislike about briq?**

Integrating with current systems can take time to set the whole thing up. Companies that do not have expertise in finance will take time to learn how to use all the tools properly. The interface could be more intuitive in some parts. The reporting is nice, but more customization options would help in better tailoring of the output.

**What problems is briq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We struggled with data from different systems. Now, we can centralise and automate much of this, giving much better visibility with less time spent on reporting.

 ### 9. briq Streamlines Financials Without Spreadsheets, with Clear Shared Budget Dashboards

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Noemi S. | Senior Account Manager, Construction, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 23, 2026

**What do you like best about briq?**

As far as I am concerned, the best thing about briq is that it pulls all your financial information, without spreadsheets. My role necessitates a fair amount of cross-team collaboration. It has helped those discussions that we have a shared view of the budgets and forecasts. The dashboard reporting provides a comprehensive status update, which is immensely beneficial. We are now automatically pulling this data so that we don’t have back and forth to get numbers updated. There has also been a standardisation of performance reviews across projects.

**What do you dislike about briq?**

Onboarding was slow, especially in terms of matching it with existing processes. Certain areas of the platform can be hard to navigate, especially for team members that are not used to finance. We also faced a few limitations while trying to configure reports for a particular use case. It's not an issue of significant concern but requires some adjustment and internal coordination initially.

**What problems is briq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previously, we experienced difficulties with having to switch between multiple tools for access to all our financial data. Now that we can manage budgets, forecasts and actuals in the same system, we have improved visibility, reduced manual errors and worked more efficiently! There is also the advantage of aligning teams and spending less time on data gathering and more time on performance review and forward planning.

 ### 10. Briq Simplifies Project Financials with Automation and Clear Dashboards

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ocean S. | Group Management Accountant, Financial Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about briq?**

Briq has made managing and reporting on financials across projects easier. As suite manager I require to have a reliable way to track budgets, forecasts and actuals, briq brings it in one place. Consolidating the data removes the reliance on spreadsheets, while dashboard reporting makes it far easier to hold performance to account without pulling data from multiple sources. 24 The automation of data collection helps in keeping everything updated with less manual input which has improved efficient reporting.

**What do you dislike about briq?**

To connect with existing setups, it does take time for setups. New users might find some things in the app tough and learning takes time. There seems to be an overall effectiveness in the reporting that might benefit from greater customization according to the output of the key stakeholders.

**What problems is briq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our financial data was spread out and we wasted time pulling reports together. Now everything can be managed in one system, resulting in better accuracy and report efficiencies.

 ### 11. Briq Streamlines Financial Data with Clear Dashboards and Automated Reporting

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Fiona K. | Senior Sales Account Manager, Marketing and Advertising, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about briq?**

Briq has streamlined the management of financial data, eliminating the need for extra spreadsheets. As a professional, I constantly need a clear view of our budgets and performance, which the platform allows. Having access to all the information in a single ui design is extremely beneficial. In addition, the implementation and proper usage of dashboard reporting give a clear insight into the verdict while reviewing it. Automated Data Collection Saves Time and Makes More Uniform Data While Less Demand for Manual Updates.

**What do you dislike about briq?**

The initial setup takes some effort, especially when trying to match it with existing workflows. There is a learning curve for new users, particularly those who are not used to financial tools. Some areas of the interface could be easier to navigate, and more flexibility in reporting would make it better for different use cases.

**What problems is briq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We spent so much time reporting manually and dealing with various financial sources of information but now, we manage everything in one system, which has improved visibility and tracking.

 ### 12. briq Makes Construction Accounting Easy with Real-Time, Automated Data Collection

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ahmed M. | Planning Consultant, Construction, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about briq?**

As a small construction company, it was really difficult for us to manage our finances and accounting with our limited resources. briq has made this task much easier for us. The best thing about it is its 'Automated Data Collection' feature.
Data comes directly from the field into the system, so there is no need to sit in the office and enter the data separately. What's more, because we get real-time updates on the project budget and actual costs, we can be alerted before we go over budget.

**What do you dislike about briq?**

The custom reporting feature is a bit complicated to use. Although they provide some great templates, it takes a lot of effort to customise the reports exactly the way you want them. Although the support team responds well, it sometimes takes a bit of time to get a solution to certain problems. In addition, its speed on mobile devices needs to be optimised to some extent.

**What problems is briq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previously, we relied on various accounting software packages and manual ledgers to track our budget. briq has brought our entire accounting and resource management operations together on a single platform. As a result, the amount of manual work we do has been reduced by more than half, and we can make financial decisions much more quickly.

 ### 13. briq Streamlines Construction Data Consolidation with Fast, Automated Reporting

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matt H. | Database Administrator, Information Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about briq?**

At our consulting firm, we work with construction data and financial projections for various clients. briq's biggest advantage is its data consolidation capability. In the past, we used to waste a lot of time manually matching data from different sources. Now, briq automatically brings all the data together in one place and, using a real-time dashboard, helps us give clients an accurate picture of their project's budget and costs. Its automated reporting has significantly increased the speed of our work.

**What do you dislike about briq?**

The onboarding process of the system takes long. When attempting connection to clients' older systems, we sometimes run into technical challenges. The platform's user interface (UI) is informative, but it appears a little overwhelming for useers on the first go. The training materials could have been enhanced by the inclusion of a few advanced use cases.

**What problems is briq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Previously, when we provided reports to clients, there was a high risk of errors due to manual data entry and reliance on spreadsheets. briq has solved our problem of fragmented data. Now, all our financial data is stored in a central hub, which makes forecasting much more accurate and allows us to provide clients with fast and precise analytics.

 ### 14. briq Streamlines Financial Data Consolidation and Reporting

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nadeem A. | Chief Executive Officer, Founder, Construction, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 22, 2026

**What do you like best about briq?**

briq can help you organize and review your financial data without the spreadsheets. The data consolidation functionality makes it cleaner and clearer for everything since I deal with different datasets for my job. Moreover, I find that the dashboard reports are ideal for viewing performance during updates. Automatic data collection doesn’t take the time and effort a human does, therefore it makes reporting easier and better over time.

**What do you dislike about briq?**

The onboarding may require time when trying to integrate it with existing tools. Teams that are not accustomed to financial platforms must learn to use these tools. The user interface could be more intuitive in some places and reporting could use some more customization for different use cases.

**What problems is briq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

In the past, our work involved jumbled up data and tedious reporting, but now, we can centralize and automate much of this process to allow for better visibility and reporting with more consistency.

 ### 15. briq Streamlines Budgeting and Forecasting with Automated, User-Friendly Dashboards

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Desirée C. | Financial Services Consultant, Financial Services, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about briq?**

briq has been a huge help in automating our financial workflows, especially our budgeting and forecasting processes. Previously, we had to consolidate data manually, but now the system synchronises the data automatically.
The function of collecting data has become more automatic as it is entered less manually with fewer errors. The reporting dashboards are also user-friendly and easy to use for non-technical people.

**What do you dislike about briq?**

Despite being a robust tool, the onboarding process proved slightly difficult. It took time to understand certain features of the product, especially for those who had not used advanced financial tools before.
We also encountered a few limitations while setting up the integration, especially with legacy tools.

**What problems is briq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our biggest issue was scattered financial tracking different teams were using different tools. briq has centralised all the data and added automation.
As a result:
Reporting time has been reduced
Data accuracy has improved
Forecasting has become much more structured.
Overall, the decision-making process has become smoother.

 ### 16. Streamlined Project Financials with Consolidated Dashboards and Automated Data Collection

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Divya B. | Senior Account Manager, Marketing and Advertising, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about briq?**

Thanks to briq, the financial data management across the projects has received improved consistency. Coming from a product and strategy background, I like tools that simplify complicated workflows and briq helps me achieve that. You can monitor budgets and forecasts with report dashboards without using multiple sheets since the data is consolidated. Automated data collection keeps everything up-to-date, eliminating the need for manual entry. It becomes easier to analyze the financial performance and communicate across teams.

**What do you dislike about briq?**

It takes time to onboard; particularly aligning with existing systems and workflows. Some sections of the platform are not immediately familiar to users making it learns for new users. Reporting is generally effective; however, a wider range of customization options would enhance our ability to tailor outputs for our end users.

**What problems is briq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our simple to use software are fully open and editable at any stage. Today we can manage all this through a simple system that shows improved accuracy and quicker access to any financial details.

 ### 17. Briq Makes Workforce Cost Analytics Real-Time and Effortless

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mihailo L. | International HR & Workforce Solutions Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about briq?**

The way Briq handles construction data analytics specifically for workforce management is excellent. For a small team like ours, keeping track of how labor hours translate into actual project costs used to be a manual nightmare. Briq automates that connection. I like that I can see exactly where our workforce spend is going in real-time, which helps us stay lean and profitable without the usual guesswork.

**What do you dislike about briq?**

Since we are a very small firm, some of the enterprise-level features feel a bit "extra" for our current needs. The interface is powerful, but it took me a minute to filter out the high-level corporate tools to find the specific workforce metrics I needed for our day-to-day operations.

**What problems is briq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We struggled with fragmented data—hours were tracked in one place and budgets in another. Briq solves this by unifying our workforce data with our project accounting. The benefit is much faster decision-making; I can see if we are over-allocated on a site immediately and adjust our workforce solutions accordingly.

 ### 18. briq Streamlines Budgeting and Forecasting with Powerful Data Consolidation

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rushikesh S. | Senior Data Solutions Manager., Marketing and Advertising, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 20, 2026

**What do you like best about briq?**

briq makes it easy to manage financial data without using multiple spreadsheets. I primarily utilize this tool for budgeting and forecasting for client projects, and having everything in one location improves visibility. The data consolidation is very advantageous as it pulls the intelligence from other sources and keeps it real. Direct reporting is a clear focus on the project performance level so that no issues are missed. Moreover, automatic data fetching and collection eliminate manual data entry processes. It saves time during reporting cycles and it helps to justify numbers to clients.

**What do you dislike about briq?**

The initial configuration is somewhat laborious, especially when attempting to fit it into existing workflows. Some features are not very intuitive, so teams who are not used to using financial tools will face a learning curve. While reporting is useful, having more flexible options would be beneficial when dealing with various client requirements.

**What problems is briq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Initially, we battled with disaggregated financial data and manual consolidation. But now we can manage all data in one system that leads to faster reporting and better accuracy in forecasting.

 ### 19. Briq Unifies Financials and Project Data for Clearer Margins, Forecasting, and Deal Planning

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hubert S. | Product management and sales, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 18, 2026

**What do you like best about briq?**

What I appreciate most is that Briq brings our financial and project data into one place instead of relying on multiple disconnected spreadsheets, which makes it much easier for me in a product management and sales role to understand margins and cost performance without constantly going back to finance, and the forecasting and scenario planning features are particularly useful when preparing or adjusting deals because they give a more structured way to test assumptions, while the dashboards provide a clearer and more up-to-date view of project health than what we had before, ultimately reducing the constant back-and-forth across teams just to get basic numbers.

**What do you dislike about briq?**

What I find less ideal is that the initial setup takes a fair amount of time and coordination since the data needs to be properly structured for the platform to deliver meaningful insights, and some of the dashboards are not immediately intuitive and require manual tweaking before they become truly useful, while there is also a noticeable learning curve for non-finance users at the beginning, and performance can occasionally slow down when dealing with larger or more complex datasets.

**What problems is briq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Right now, Briq is mainly helping us eliminate fragmented financial tracking across sales, operations, and finance by creating a single source of truth, while also aligning what we commit to during the sales process with the actual costs during project execution, giving earlier visibility into budget overruns instead of discovering them too late, improving forecasting accuracy compared to our previous spreadsheet-based approach, and supporting more informed pricing and margin decisions based on real, consolidated data rather than assumptions.

 ### 20. Briq Streamlines Construction Financials with Real-Time Budget and Cost Insights

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dennis G. | CEO, Construction, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2026

**What do you like best about briq?**

Briq has streamlined our financial management by centralizing project budgets, forecasts, and actual spending. It significantly reduces the time spent on manual reporting and improves accuracy in tracking project costs. The real-time financial insights allow us to make more informed decisions, which is essential in the construction industry.

**What do you dislike about briq?**

While Briq provides great features, there’s a bit of a learning curve when first adopting the platform. Some elements of the user interface could be more intuitive, especially for field teams that are less familiar with financial software. Additionally, some customization options for reporting could be more flexible to better suit our specific needs.

**What problems is briq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Briq helps address the challenge of fragmented financial data across multiple projects. It consolidates all financial information into one place, which improves accuracy and reduces the time spent manually collecting and processing data. This has allowed us to monitor project performance more closely and address issues before they impact the bottom line.

 ### 21. Briq Brings Real-Time Financial Visibility and Stronger Project Cost Control

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stephen S. | Project Manager, Civil Engineering, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 17, 2026

**What do you like best about briq?**

Briq has helped us bring more control and visibility to the financial side of our projects. Managing budgets, forecasts, and actual costs across multiple sites is more structured now, and we rely less on spreadsheets. The ability to track financial performance in near real time has been particularly useful for monitoring progress and keeping projects on track.

**What do you dislike about briq?**

The platform requires time to implement properly, especially when aligning it with existing project and finance workflows. Some features are not immediately intuitive, and there is a learning curve for teams in the field. We also found that certain reporting options could be more flexible to better suit project-specific requirements

**What problems is briq solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps address the issue of fragmented financial tracking across projects. By consolidating data and automating parts of the workflow, it improves accuracy and reduces manual effort. This has made it easier to identify cost variances early and maintain better control over project budgets.

**What do you like best about briq?**

Briq gives better visibility into financial data across different locations and sales operations. It brings budgeting, forecasting, and actual spend into one place, which makes it easier to understand how different parts of the business are performing. From a sales perspective, having clearer financial insights helps with planning and aligning targets with overall business goals.

**What do you dislike about briq?**

The platform takes some time to get used to, especially for teams that are more focused on sales than finance. Some features are not very intuitive at first, and there can be a bit of a learning curve during onboarding. It would also help to have more flexibility in how reports are customized.
