Critical functionality did not work; significant deliverable deadlines were missed despite numerous meetings with company executives and re-baselined implementation project deadlines. The implementation was abandoned when several senior risk executives refused to attend any further project oversight meetings. A complete write-off that damaged several careers at our company.
