Bringme Desk is a digital visitor registration system for offices, available in both manned and unmanned setups. As visitor management software, it lets visitors check in by scanning a QR code, sign any required documents, and receive a printed visitor badge, while their host is notified automatically by phone call, Microsoft Teams, or the Bringme app. Bringme Desk automates the entire front-desk process so reception staff are not interrupted for each arrival. Hosts and receptionists can check visitors out with a single click, giving every organization a real-time overview of who is in the building and a privacy-compliant visitor log. Bringme Desk supports secure access-control policies. Companies can require visitors to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA), present a privacy statement for GDPR compliance, and display safety instructions that visitors confirm on arrival. After registration, visitors automatically receive credentials for a separate guest Wi-Fi network, keeping the corporate network isolated and protected. Bringme Desk integrates with existing badge readers and Microsoft Teams through an API, and is part of the wider Bringme Digital Reception. The optional Bringme Bell restricts building entry to authorized visitors through QR-code scanning. Bringme is ISO 27001-certified and compliant with NIS2 and GDPR, helping companies meet office security and regulatory requirements. More than 1,500 companies, including Telenet, Samsung, Nike, and Douwe Egberts, use a Bringme Digital Reception.
