Brindola POS is an offline-first point of sale for restaurants, cafés, bars, dark kitchens and shops. Every order is recorded on a computer in the venue, so order taking, kitchen screens, payments and the end-of-day close keep working when the internet goes down, with every terminal on the venue's own network kept in sync. It covers order entry with floor plans and table service, split bills, kitchen display screens, stock and recipe costing, a self-service kiosk, delivery-platform orders sent straight to the kitchen, staff permissions and reporting. It runs on Windows and Linux computers and on Android tablets and phones, in many languages, with country modules for local tax and invoicing rules. Built for venues that cannot afford to stop serving when the connection drops.
