Brimly is a booking and management platform built for group class studios: yoga and pilates studios, reformer studios, dance schools, cross-training boxes, boxing and martial arts clubs, indoor cycling and barre studios, as well as independent instructors. The goal is simple: full classes without the admin work. Each studio gets its own booking page and an embeddable widget for its website, so members can book, cancel and pay online at any time. When a class is full, an automatic waitlist moves the next person in as soon as a spot opens, and reminders go out the day before to cut no-shows. Studios sell memberships, class packs, drop-in classes, trial classes and gift cards. Payments go straight to the studio's own Stripe account, with 0% commission taken by Brimly on sales. Credits, attendance and revenue are tracked automatically, with exports for accounting. Members get a mobile app to see the schedule, book and manage their subscriptions. Instructors have their own space with their classes, attendance lists and substitutions. Owners get a CRM with the full member history, CSV import to switch from another tool in minutes, email and push campaigns, an online shop with promo codes and loyalty offers, and an AI assistant (Copilot) that answers questions about the studio's activity and helps with everyday tasks. Brimly works for single studios and multi-location businesses, supports a custom domain, and is available in French, English, Spanish, German and Italian. Pricing is one flat fee of €29 per month per studio, with every feature included, unlimited instructors and members, no setup fees and no commitment. The first month is free.
