**What do you like best about Brilliant?**

I really like Brilliant for its variety of items, which makes it easy for us to select multiple items within our budget. This flexibility is super helpful. Also, good communication is a key aspect I appreciate, and having Claire Schulley being amazing just adds to the positive experience.

**What do you dislike about Brilliant?**

Shipping seems to be tricky.

**What problems is Brilliant solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Brilliant for swag ordering and shipment. It offers a variety of items that help us pick multiple items within budget, and there’s good communication. Claire Schulley has been amazing.

**What do you like best about Brilliant?**

I love working with Claire Sculley - she has made my life so much easier this year with ordering items and she is so thoughtful and responsive.

**What do you dislike about Brilliant?**

I wish there was more visibility into what VAT and shipping charges there will be for international deliveries.

**What problems is Brilliant solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Makes the process of seeing and approving options, designs, and answering any question I have really smooth. Claire Sculley is exceptional!

**What do you like best about Brilliant?**

Brilliant's team is accommodating and flexible to ensure they provide their customers with the best experience possible. Whether that's ordering items in different sizes, finding new places to outsource specific items the customer needs, or even offering to store swag from a previous vendor. They've been so accommodating and great to work with.

**What do you dislike about Brilliant?**

I wish we could view the entire product catalog to know what is available but I also know this isn't really realistic. Often I don't know exactly what we want and having options show sparks ideas.

**What problems is Brilliant solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Brilliant is helping us store and ship swag and event items to our 50+ events a year. They're producing out custom swag and providing us with return labels for our sales reps to ship the leftover items directly back to them. It's saving us from having to find storage and the reps having to ship items to multiple locations after an event.

Costs, product quality, and ease of use - they handle everything...basically doing the work of a FTE

**What do you dislike about Brilliant?**

Not as much of a focus on gift card sends (which the indutrsy seems to be moving away from anyways)

**What problems is Brilliant solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Curating hyper specific product ideas
Creating entire campaigns and helping us execute them
Proactively sharing savings opportunities
Allowing us to go global with our merch store

**What do you like best about Brilliant?**

Brilliant has provided our company with high quality swag over the last year! We gifted our employees branded crewnecks for the holidays this year, and our staff raved about the material and comfort of the apparel! We returned to Brilliant to put together a 2024 Swag kit for our staff. The account managers have great response time and communicate thoroughly. I love that they provide lookbooks with multiple options for each request. Their portal is easy to use, organized and visually pleasing. All of our orders have arrived in a timley manner, with minimal damage.

**What do you dislike about Brilliant?**

I would love more options for dropshipping to our employees vs the standard $25 and packing fees

**What problems is Brilliant solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Brilliant had provided us with one single vendor for our swag orders. Before we started using Brilliant, I was ordering swag from 3+ different vendors. They have made it easy to centralize our orders, based on their vast product guide

**What do you like best about Brilliant?**

Brilliant is the first company I've come across in my career that "gets it". They provide a point of contact (Claire!!) that is super responsive, knows what is needed to make a project successful, is able to source modern products, and ensures brand and quality standards are met. They also have design services!

**What do you dislike about Brilliant?**

Their platform is easy to use as an individual requestor, but has some limitations when it comes to being able to see across requests or custom routing of invoices. Minor inconviences.

**What problems is Brilliant solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Removing our Brand Team as a bottleneck which reduces production timelines and makes our stakeholders very happy!

**What do you like best about Brilliant?**

We used Brilliant for our employee holiday gifts, and they liked that they could easily chose their desired color and size on the preffered gift form, as well a double down on their mail address. I loved it becuase it completely took the work off my plate. I didn't even need to send reminders to people because Brilliant did it for me!

**What do you dislike about Brilliant?**

While something may be in stock at the time of selecting gift options, during the time employees are submitting their preffered gift form, it can go out of stock.

**What problems is Brilliant solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It takes the manual work of employee gifting off of my plate.

The team at Brilliant is always fast to reply to requests, no matter how big or small or how random. They come up with amazing team swag ideas and gift boxes are are high quality and original.  They are there from start to finish - RFP to creation of ordering website and delivery of items.

They can be on the higher end of cost for items.

**What do you like best about Brilliant?**

Since partnering with Brilliant, our swag and recognition programs have been more scalable and manageable.  The team is always responsive and very helpful no matter the idea or predicament we're trying to achieve or solve.  The platform is highly customizable to adapt to whatever your need is.

**What do you dislike about Brilliant?**

The only downside to using Brilliant is the cost of inventory.  Be prepared to spend a bit more on your swag items.  I wouldn't consider this a 'CON', but it is something that may be a dealbreaker for those looking to be a bit more cost-conscious.

**What problems is Brilliant solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Brilliant streamlines our recognition programs and allows for a "hands-off" approach to our employee-facing swag offerings.

**What do you like best about Brilliant?**

Our company contact (Dan) is fantastic. I appreciate his creativity, responsiveness, and customer service focused attitude every time we work with him. The company has a very user-friendly portal and a great selection of items. Dan is really great about providing options within our budget, and answers any questions we have regarding timing, style, and delivery.

**What do you dislike about Brilliant?**

No downsides - have always had an extremely positive experience working with Brilliant.

**What problems is Brilliant solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Brilliant is providing us with a very user-friendly portal that allows us to browse, make selections, and track orders in real-time. I've worked with many vendors for promotional products, and one of the best parts about Brilliant is you have the portal to handle orders, check status, etc. at your fingertips, but you still have the person-to-person customer support that we need.

The attention to detail, the responsiveness, and the clarity of communication -- I think I'm in heaven. Honestly, haven't ever found a swag company that comes close to the customer support and ease of use as Brilliant.

I have no negative comments, truly -- they go above and beyond.

We have swag needs all over our organization, from enrollment to business marketing to events to HR perks. Brilliant is helping us manage all of this, as well as offering new items, storage, and shipping communication.

We have a fully remote, global company and Brilliant made it seamless to send holiday gifts all around the world. They were able to work with us on our unique needs, and were knowledgeable and attentive every step of the way.

More competitve pricing would hvae been appreciated!

**What do you like best about Brilliant?**

Brilliant had very solid customer service and were communicative. Their platform is fairly easy to use and I would check it bi-weekly when I was actively using it. It was easy to setup too and has a variety of features.

**What do you dislike about Brilliant?**

The main downside was just the higher prices with Brilliant than other vendors but this was worth it for their service.

We do not have a team focused on managing ordering and distribution of company merchandise so they helped fill that void.

Brilliant works with you to custom make orders for specific groups of people. Their storefront has a ton of different options which can be overwhelming, but their team works quickly to curate custom orders which is amazing.

**What do you like best about Brilliant?**

The team, client service, and product collaborations (and products in general!) are topnotch.

I love our ability to get lookbooks and seamless ordering process within the application. The preferred gift forms allow you to send gifts to folks without needing any information — which is incredible!

Their Zapier integration as well has been a huge help for our team to automate gifting out of SFDC.

**What do you dislike about Brilliant?**

I wish a few more elements were self-service (like building out your own preferred gift forms, adding gifts to your store, etc), but for the most part everything you need is self-service which is great!

Customer gifting, retention, cross-sell, and new business.
