I am currently using Brilliant Directories for almost a month now and I am finding the experience to be a mixed bag. The learning curve is steep whenever I want to tweak the readymade templates to suit my purpose and objective. I often find myself having to go back to the assistance page a lot when I want to use specific features. My only other complaint is that there is no way to get in touch with support through live chat or at least a video call which can be frustrating because I just need to kickstart my directory building campaign and any one-on-one guidance in the initial stages would have gone a long way to help me start my journey with Brilliant Directories. You do not need to know coding for a basic to moderate site. You can have unlimited theme changes. They are always coming with upgrades to add-ons to improve your sites abilities. It is not a click and go, you have to read the instructions. If you mess up then you pay up. If you put time in and want to start over you have to pay a one time 49 dollar fee. Few things I don't like.

1. Brilliant Directories hosts your websites for you. I would've liked to host my sites on my own servers.

2. Some of the VIP add-ons could've been given on the frontend for free. Just simple things like social logins should've been free.
