**What do you like best about BrightWork?**

I like how the solution integrates into our current SharePoint environment and allows us to customize it templates.

**What do you dislike about BrightWork?**

I wish the interface could be a little more visually appealing.

**Recommendations to others considering BrightWork:**

I think its a great tool if your organization already use SharePoint on a regular basis; the transitional learning curve will be much easier, not to mention the ease of customization.

**What problems is BrightWork solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Project management and individual effort utilization per project
