Brightwheel has been a wonderful addition to our center! **What do you dislike about brightwheel?** We don't currently use the billing side of Brightwheel. I wish we could upload billing documents or other documents for our parents to be able to see them. We do get around it by taking a photo of the document and uploading it to their feeds. **What problems is brightwheel solving and how is that benefiting you?** Brightwheel really allowed us to expand our communication with our families. It has offered more opportunities for us to send notices, messages, photos, and announcements in real time. ### 2. It should also be possible to change a plan by month without pausing and then restarting it. The program my school uses is only accessible on school premises. Brightwheel makes it easy to contact, keep up with my class and their parents when I'm away from the classroom. After all, the work of a teacher is never over. **What do you dislike about brightwheel?** I don't dislike much about the app. I would love it if it was easier to set up notifications to my phone that notified me in the same way that a text message does. Messages from my students' parents are just as important as those from my friends and family. It will greatly improve your communication and the impact on the parents in invaluable.
