We do not use many of the options, our needs our simple, but what we use has worked well for us. **What problems is brightwheel solving and how is that benefiting you?** Time in and time out is in electronic form. Previously we were tracking on paper which involved a lot of time manually calculating time ### 2. It takes less time to submit items to brightwheel than to write out 12 daily sheets. It has helped to increase communication, streamline daily processes so we can spend more time with the kids and is a great selling tool for our preschool. **What do you dislike about brightwheel?** There is nothing that we dislike on this product **Recommendations to others considering brightwheel:** Go ahead and do it! It will greatly improve your communication and the impact on the parents in invaluable. It really is a selling point for our center and helps to keep everyone informed about what is going on in our classrooms. **What problems is brightwheel solving and how is that benefiting you?** Communication is a huge one! This has opened the door to have constant communication with our parents which has increased parent satisfaction. ### 3. We should be able to put what all the kids are and then click a button for how much they ate **What problems is brightwheel solving and how is that benefiting you?** Lack of information that parents receive. My parents love that they can see the things that matter to them. It is a great selling point for my daycare. **What do you dislike about brightwheel?** They updated their billing page and I do not like it. It's less convenient and more confusing now. Also, I would like to have individual threads of communication for each parent. **What problems is brightwheel solving and how is that benefiting you?** Communication with parents, invoices and billing . ### 8.
