It does not require the definition of a database schema, and with the RDF data model model you can easily add and integrate data of all shapes. It was easy to set up and use, and the documentation was clear and concise. I didn't encounter any errors or bugs while using it. Overall, I was very pleased with brightstardb and would recommend it to anyone looking for a new database. The features and functionality are great, and it's overall a very solid database solution. Can be used to easily connect with other data stores using off the shelf client tools as it internally implements standard SPARQL query language. It uses simple yet powerful RDF graph data models to represent and store various data. Offers flexibility, scalability & easy integration with simple merging of data. Offers storage and representation of full historical data. Moreover , being an open-source , can be used with free of cost! **What do you dislike about BrightstarDB?** Lacks advanced security features- except this it offers all the features that one can look for in a RDF database! **What problems is BrightstarDB solving and how is that benefiting you?** We've used it for storing and representing graph related data models. It's easy to use , free of cost , thereby benefiting huge ROI in terms of money , time and efficiency in easily integrating with other data sources. ### 3. It is an open source application which makes it super recommendable, the source code is available on Github for API integration. It uses RDF flexibility which helps in adding and integrating data of any shape. It also release timely updates for better performance. **What do you dislike about BrightstarDB?** There is a compilation issue which need to be fixed. There are some code errors which occur when it is installed on windows. New Release should fix the bugs of previous release so that the client can use it more easily **What problems is BrightstarDB solving and how is that benefiting you?** It has helped us in maintaining the database of our customers there purchasing history. It can be connected using RESTful HTTP API and provides various flexibility in terms of query languages. **What do you dislike about BrightstarDB?** I do not like that some of their features are not clear. It does require a little bit of learning curve to be able to use it effectively with our applications. **What problems is BrightstarDB solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is open-source, available for the community, and provides consistent data in all the platforms in a single setup. I like that it is fast and efficient to get the job done and is cross-platform meaning it can be used with different brands, and that is great. **What do you dislike about BrightstarDB?** I wouldn't say I like that sometimes there is a glitch and error. But overall is not an issue because of the ease of access and navigation, and makes it easy to get work done. **What problems is BrightstarDB solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problems it is solving are the useability, easy to access and user friendly.
