Honestly, I think the DAM (digital asset management) is what brings me back to use Brightspot - searching for images, editing their metadata, dropping them into a page without having to open 4 windows/tab is just useful, period. The drag-and-drop page-building is also solid once your developers have set up the components, then non-tech folks can build landing pages without bothering anyone else. It's noisy at the coffee shop today and I was still able to publish 3 pages without going crazy. Managing multiple regional sites in one place used to be a complete nightmare and Brightspot at least makes it NOT THAT BAD. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
If you want to create ANYTHING even remotely outside the template options, you're basically just stuck waiting on a developer, which is frustrating when it's something relatively small. When lots of users are working at the same time, the Authoring Interface becomes unresponsive/laggy and that's a pet peeve of mine I'll take to my grave. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
