There could be a less complicated process of exporting ideas.
Just be aware that this is not a be-all end-all. You need to stay on top of your people and your processes in place to keep it from being unorganized and continuing to build these ideas.
There has been a complete uplifting of the veil - there is now complete transparency in our idea generation process and we avoid duplicates. Instead, others can see what is already being brainstormed and offer constructive criticism or build other ideas off of them.
