The Inventory Management as it has allowed us to effectively control our stock levels, simplify the process of goods-in/out, and distribute products on multiple eCommerce platforms. The ability to fulfill B2C and B2B orders quickly and efficiently is incredibly important, from taking the initial order all the way through to dispatch - the Inventory Management System and CRM side of the system combined achieves this. Overall, the platform does streamline all of our day-to-day activities (stock management, order fulfillment, book-keeping tasks, etc) allowing us to focus on tasks that lead to growth. Although the platform has plenty of modules already, a fully intergraded shipping system (however basic) included within the current package would complete Brightpearl's offering. Automation is key for any growing business. Brightpearl has automated so many of our processes from initially placing orders, managing multiple order streams, including wholesale and web orders, and helping us to manage cash flow through easy to to use reporting tools. Our business has dramatically changed from few customers with large orders, to many customers with smaller orders. At the same time growing substantially over the last few years bottom line. This would not have been possible without a system like Brightpearl to help manage the data. Brightpearl has ensured that systems are in place to manage ever-increasing complexity within our business. Management of cash within the business has also improved through clear reporting. By integrating Brightpearl with our websites and our third party warehouse system we've been able to seamlessly adapt and grow, whilst maintaining great customer service through on time delivery. On your comment regarding add-ons, we acknowledged that our automation engine was too valuable and a necessity to be an optional addition, so it's now included it in our core subscriptions. For the majority of our third party shipping and marketing integrations, we also include the integrations in our core subscriptions too, however the service that we integrate into, often charge for use as we don't have control over their pricing. They have an xcellent customer service team and we enjoy a good relationship with the technical team. Overall, high quality people who are impressive in their field. In addition, we've found the costs of the platform have increased recently as a result of them moving to a new charging structure. Ease of running multiple sales channels, reporting and open API. Support is abnormally quick and useful as well. Bulk processing lots of orders and managing back orders and pre orders etc. We are all very familiar with Brightpearl now, but new staff always seem to get the hang of it quite quickly as well so i would say it is quite intuitive to ue. The need to run multiple, individually branded webstores alongside multi brand stores and a wholesale channel all pulling from one central warehouse. With Brightpearl, once the websites are set up and configured, it is easy.
