**What do you like best about Granicus SmartGov?**

We are just getting ready to golive with SmartGov today!  I am excited for the online portal for our customers, we have never had anything like that, and I think it will be a great tool!

**What do you dislike about Granicus SmartGov?**

Nothing yet, excited to start using smartgov and looking forward to our golive!

**What problems is Granicus SmartGov solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Streamlining the process for our permits and business licesense applications.  Having a customer facing portal where they can check on our progress of a permit or license is going to be great!
