Brightly packs a lot into their CMMS. This system can track work orders, access assets via QR codes, set alerts to notify about PM, track costs, and analyze data for ongoing assessment. There is a learning curve to accessing all the features of the program and utilizing them. Brightly has many resources available online, and webinars, however, when you don't know what you don't know, it's hard to decide where to begin. Asset Essentials is a great system for tracking inventory and work orders. It's easy to read the Analytics as long as your data is accurate.

There are few things that could be improved.

- Attaching parts to assets is cumbersome.

- You can't see what PO parts are on if they're still on order without searching through your PO's and then going further into the PO. (Unfortunately there have been times when a part was not order but said that it was because of a typo or someone accidentally adjusting the quantity manually.)
