The easy interface, the abiity that the desktop version is very similar to what the technician sees in the mobile application. The way you can set-up your asset hierarchy is very good, and very nimble. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Asset Essentials is not a complete CMMS solution, they do not have a great way to track parent-child work orders. nor a way to track service contracts. Their capacity planner which is a great feature doesn't have a great way to track when employees are off or unavailable which allows you to schedule them for work, when they are actually not available.
