Bright Idea was challenging to manage 2 years ago, it can be quite complex and with not much flexibility on the visual side of the challenges. Nevertheless, what I have seen during the last year is a reason to believe in the product. They have been adapting quickly to clients' needs, the back end is constantly changing to make the experience more simple and intuitive. Yes, I still feel we are in the middle of changes when using the platform, but the UX has improved a lot during the last year. That paired with the level of client service that we received from Bright Idea, is enough reason for us to recommend the product and keep it as our idea management system. The poor flexibility for the visual construction of the home of the challenges (design, colors, letters, pictures, videos). I do not enjoy how the export of data from the platform works, it is difficult to find what export is the one containing what you need.
