A couple of items make Brightidea effective: Ability to quickly manage a large volume of ideas to review them and take action, set up an Innovation Challenge within minutes, bring in multiple reviewers to evaluate ideas using a variety of tools. I have to overwrite a lot of hardcode to get the front-end to look the way I want. I can customize the browse ideas pages or the submission form as much as I would like.
