So far, everything I've been asked to do, configuration-wise, by my campaign sponsors, I have been able to do. That SO wasn't the case with our previous ideation software partner. The technical support team. Arrogant enough to assume they know how you use the platform better than you do. They argue with you about features which did exist and no longer exist, and then proceed to tell you that they never existed and you are wrong. TERRIBLE. A lot of features and the team is continuously rolling out new features which are relent to the user experience. If I need any help, the customer service from people like Jimmy helps me promptly. Brightidea makes it easy for our teams to submit ideas, share ideas, and move ideas forward. We have used it on several diverse initiatives, and we have found that the software is super flexible and accommodates many different programs. The customer service is excellent - we meet with Zita every month and go through our needs and updates.
