
My favorite thing about Brightidea is how quick and easy it is to setup new sites that are tailor-made for a department or initiative. After having administered our main innovation intake portal for a while, the many scoring and idea management tools were simple to deploy for different uses, like tracking project statuses, assigning accountability to leaders, and moving ideas through management workflows. Customized reports, task management, and file management are areas in which I struggled using Brightidea, but the customer success team was always ready to find solutions.
