This company tow the line of ethical business practice and should be avoided at all costs, especially if you are a small business. My PA signed us up many years ago and now i'm no longer in need of their (tbh basic HR system) they inform me that a 60 MONTH contract was signed. Digging online it seems this is their sales tactic, no mention of it and getting people to sign + will only cancel if 80% of the contract remainder is paid. It's funny as it took 2 weeks to get in contact with anyone to cancel, as they make it impossible to find a way to contact. However during my time with Bright HR I received upsell calls daily and despite telling the team my situation on wanting to leave i've received harrasment calls from the finance team 5+ times a day to the point they filled my voicemail. We really benefit from receiving feedback on existing policy documents, however this has been really hard to access. I have requested appointments multiple times and I never seem to get a call back at the time I ask for. Even if I give a generous timeframe, I still don't get a call on time. I often have to follow up with the service too. This doesn't work well with my schedule as I work with clients so cannot answer the phone at any time. it would be helpful if the advice appointment feature was actually adhered to.
