There is no way to keep track of overtime. Utterly overpriced. Poor customer service and rude staff. A very vague renewal policy demands six months cancellation notice and ties you in 24 months contract. Also there is no prior notice for that renewal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Today I had a brightHR training call with Sukvinder Singh. I must say that it was such a pleasure to talk to Sukvinder, easy to talk to, knowledgeable, and friendly. I am over the moon with the training and call and found the whole experience to be fantastic. Sukvinder made me feel at ease, and I found the entire process very informative and exciting. I find it very hard to believe that Sukvinder has only been doing this job for a couple of weeks as you seem like a Pro to me!
