We are huge fans of BrightHire and were early adopters of the service. It allows interviewers to be present within their interviews, allowing more focus on the interviewee. Additionally, it allows the candidates to speak for themselves when doing scorecards, debriefs, etc, vs relying on someone's memory. The new AI functionality is the real game changer if you like to take notes in an interview. It has also allowed us to quickly train new interviewers and new hires. We've even had a final sign off on an offer without an executive having to meet a candidate live, what a time saver!
