Also, the entire BrightHire team is world-class. They're extremely proactive, thoughtful and engaged, far and above any other implementation I've experienced. **What do you dislike about BrightHire?** My only wish would be for the reporting section to be slightly more robust (ex. different cuts of data, the ability to export raw data). **What problems is BrightHire solving and how is that benefiting you?** We're planning to grow our team by 3 - 4x YoY and need to invest in talent acquisition solutions that create a seamless and equitable hiring experience for our interviewers, recruiters and candidates. BrightHire does just that.
