With it being a large enterprise-ready platform, it take some time and understanding how the platform works, and because of all of the features the platform has, it can seem overwhelming without proper training. We have a lot of competitors we care about and it gives us good visibility into the marketplace and find out where we can compete. Their dashboards are very sharp and look good, but at our size company we care more about the data to incorporate it into our business performance, which is something their APIs provides.
