I like that BrightEdge has tons of tools, which can serve any of my purposes. It helps me make anything I want and search for anything I need. It's an all-in-one tool for SEO. I appreciate being able to search by language, which is helpful for my multilingual site, and I like that I can track and save keywords. I don't really like that there are so many tools available, and it's really hard to look for them whenever you need something. You have to look for several minutes, and that's something that does not make it very user-friendly. Moreover, the user interface, it's not very friendly. It takes ages to find something. I use the “conversational keywords” search the most! Additionally, I love our customer success manager. We meet with her bi-weekly and she helps us solve any issues as well as keeping us updated with all the new BrightEdge updates. Plus I just like her personally. Very robust platform that has a pretty significant learning curve to get the most out of. I feel like there’s not enough time in the day to get the most out of the tool!
