**What do you like best about Brightcove?**

Brightcove is an excellent video content management system for businesses.
It has a create UI which is easy to navigate, making it easy for our non-technical users to operate.
The streaming quality can be defined and it gives excellent video quality with a smooth streaming experience.
The analytics are captured automatically when using the Brightcove player which makes it easy to get valuable insights right out of the box.
Platinum support tier is one of the best customer support teams I have encountered. Communication is clear and they go the extra mile to help make sure you find a solution.

**What do you dislike about Brightcove?**

Whilst the features are impressive, the pricing is a bit steep for smaller organisations.

**What problems is Brightcove solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing video upload and processing workflows automatically and make it super easy to enable DRM on our videos.

**What do you like best about Brightcove?**

Both philosophically and technically, the team at Brightcove has anticipated our needs and has already thought through many of the pain points we experienced and felt with video content management and livestreaming. For example, their content management system solved almost all our internal content management problems right out of the box. I am excited to have a partner of this caliber to work with on a regular basis. This really does shine in their support process as well. Their support team is the most knowledgable team with the products they work with I have ever seen.

**What do you dislike about Brightcove?**

In some ways, Brightcove retains a sea of features that are designated by a variety of names. While understanding their use cases is simple, the organizational thought between the individual products and features seems idiosyncratic at times.

**What problems is Brightcove solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Content management, app management, and centralization of video strategy.

**What do you like best about Brightcove?**

I love the wordpress player, we use videos for customer testimonials and it makes it super easy to add these to our website. Creating galleries makes everything look very clean and organizes our videos in a seamless way.

**What do you dislike about Brightcove?**

There's not much we don't like about Brightcove!

**What problems is Brightcove solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Simple way to share customer videos with others through email, etc. We also use the brightcove video player on our wordpress site for seamless video play.

**What do you like best about Brightcove?**

We have been using Brightcove as our sole video hosting and delivery solution for 5 years, and overall it accomplishes everything we set out to do when implementing a new solutions partner.

Implementing the platform to our website was simple and very customizable and is now controllable through the Brightcove software and our in-house CMS. We use the software to host product videos on our site as well as all of our internal training and communications. Through the use of Brightcove's gallery system, we were able to create multiple dedicated websites to serve different functions. Our customer-facing video library was easy to build and houses all our outward-facing videos, and an internal video library was easily secured behind our single sign-on and has been a massive improvement for our intercompany communications. 

Brightcove also brings several innovative technical features that have helped us improve our video program. Video interactivity, robust reporting that was easily connected to Google Analytics, and a keyword tagging system that allowed us to create automated playlists have all been stand out features for our team.

Their customer representatives and account managers have also been very responsive when helping with any technical problems and always helped find solutions quickly. 

I highly recommend partnering with Brightcove if you are looking for a solution that brings innovation, excellent customer service, and attention.

**What do you dislike about Brightcove?**

There is not much that I do not like about the platform overall. I do think that the navigation and folder structure can sometimes be a bit cumbersome, especially as you begin to add hundreds or thousands of video files to the system. It is a manageable problem through the use of the keyword tagging system and the creation of custom folders. I would recommend starting to plan a storage and keyword structure for your files very early in the process before it becomes too overwhelming.

**What problems is Brightcove solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Brightcove has helped our company to efficiently manage a growing library of video files that are used for many purposes and have come from many places. It gives us a singular solution to manage our entire video program that easily connects to our other software and programs we use for the web. Plus, it's a solution that worked right out of the box and saved our developers massive amounts of work hours versus building an in-house solution.

Sometime on low latency, live stream doesnt function properly.
