**What do you like best about BrightBytes?**

I like that there are different options for organizing the issue being logged. I use this software to log parent contact for student behavior and grade changes or updates.

**What do you dislike about BrightBytes?**

The website is very difficult to use. It is not easy to navigate, and it often crashes. It makes it extremely time-consuming to enter more than one parent conference

**What problems is BrightBytes solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This website is used for logging parent contacts for various reasons so that any administrator can pull it up and be up to date with issues and contacts with that student.
