CR Christine R. customer service agent Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.) 3/14/2024 "bright warehouse has been a huge help!" 5/5 What do you like best about Bright Warehouse? the bright warehouse helps us in navigating the returns and other concerns of our dear customers. i like how easy it is to filter what i need from the order number of the customer. i appreciate how smooth it is to check if the ordered items were processed, shipped, or returned. customer support is also easy since we can navigate the bright warehouse easily. i use this almost every day so i know how it makes my job easy to integrate to the other softwares that we have. when i first joined the team i thought that it would be hard to study how to use it but it was so smooth to implement in my routine in refunding the customer. What do you dislike about Bright Warehouse? i think if there is something i need a little help in the bright warehouse would be its specific features such as when i put in the order number i need to wait for the order number to appear first before hitting enter. but this is just so minor Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. This is an organization tool, control in the cloud that allows you to keep the warehouse or the warehouse organized in a digital way, it is a system that allows you to have information in real time about where everything is and what the business warehouses contain with precision, It is not a tool that I consider difficult to implement in an organization, but it could be used much better in those that are medium to large.
