What do you like best about Bright Data?

The Population Project attempts to list the full name and date of birth of all humans alive. We're constantly looking for online resources, querying Google in various languages and from multiple locations. We found about Bright Data as we were looking for a provider of proxies.

We got lucky enough to be handpicked as a non-profit partner and joined the Bright Data Initiative program as a result. We now have access to the full spectrum of Bright Data's services, a privilege on which it's difficult to pin a dollar value. The breadth of the product range is mindboggling.

What I like best about Bright Data is the ease of interaction with both the service and the technical teams. All of our questions or requests are quickly accommodated. I wish all our IT providers were as kind and diligent! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bright Data?

It took me a bit of time to get acclimated with the dashboard interface and the permission system. But we're all good now! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
