How much does Dash cost in 2026?

Who is Dash pricing best suited for?

According to G2 reviews, Dash's pricing is best suited for small businesses and mid-market teams in creative, marketing, retail, food and beverage, nonprofit, and media industries. G2 reviewers from small businesses frequently praise the Start-up and Small team tiers for delivering professional DAM capabilities without enterprise price tags. Mid-market reviewers gravitate toward the Growing brand and Established brand tiers, valuing unlimited users and higher download allowances. Nonprofits and charities specifically highlight affordability as a deciding factor. G2 data on Dash also shows enterprise-segment users adopting Dash when they need a streamlined, easy-to-use DAM without the complexity and cost of larger platforms like Bynder or Brandfolder.

What are the key differences between the free and paid versions of Dash?

Dash does not offer a permanent free version, but G2's pricing data for Dash confirms a free trial is available, allowing teams to evaluate the full feature set before committing. All of Dash's paid plans, starting at $108.98/month for the Start-up tier, include access to every feature regardless of tier, with differences centered on storage allocation, download limits, and cost per additional storage. The Start-up tier includes 10GB storage and 250 monthly downloads, while the Established brand tier at $588.97/month offers 200GB storage, unlimited downloads, and lower per-unit storage expansion costs. G2 reviewers note the free trial builds strong confidence before purchase.

Is Dash considered good value for its pricing?

G2 reviewers overwhelmingly describe Dash as excellent value for money, particularly compared to enterprise DAM alternatives like Brandfolder, Bynder, and Highspot. Multiple G2 users highlight that Dash delivers enterprise-level features such as custom tagging, client portals, and version control at a fraction of competitor costs. One mid-market reviewer noted spending £15k per year on previous DAMs before switching. However, some G2 reviewers flag concerns about download limits on lower tiers and storage caps feeling restrictive for video-heavy workflows. A small number of small business reviewers find Dash's pricing slightly high relative to simpler alternatives, but the high average rating of 4.5/5 across segments confirms strong overall value perception.

"Efficient Folder Navigation, but Search Needs Improvement"

4/5

What do you like best about Dash?

The best thing I love about Dash is the left sidebar — being able to view and access multiple folders at once makes finding assets incredibly easy and efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Dash?

I dislike that the search functionality isn’t as effective as I expected. Instead of showing relevant folders, it displays all the assets within them. It would be much more useful if I could search for specific folders and then choose which one to open Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Dash solving and how is that benefiting you?

It solves a lot of my asset management issues, with it's easy navigation so user friendly operating system! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Hi there, thanks so much for you review :)

Being able to search for a specific folder sounds like a great improvement. Please do vote on the feature request for this which I've added a link to below, to help increase the priority of this :)

In the meantime, you can browse for specific folders in the sidebar, and you can jump to any folder an asset is in by clicking that folder's name in the metadata sidebar when viewing an asset.

If you'd like any further support with this, just get in touch via the in-app chat and we'll be happy to help :)
