"Bright Breaks is a game changer!"

What do you like best about Bright Breaks?

I love the integration with my calendar at work. It automatically recommends a course a day, based on open spot on my calendar, and sends an invite. The breaks are short but impactful. It's becoming a habit to do the neck and shoulders reset at least once a day! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bright Breaks?

Haven't run across anything yet.It took me a little bit to get used to the timing, since a lot of these start 5 minutes (or 20 minutes) after the hour. But it actually works with my meeting scehdule Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Bright Breaks?

I love that the breaks are 7 minutes long. It is much easier to build in a 7 minute break into my day versus a half hour or longer. There are so many different types of breaks to choose from, and I appreicate that you can choose from on demand or live. The facilitators are great and provide very clear instructions making the breaks easy to follow.

I appreciate that the breaks are online, so I can easily access them from my computer or my iPad.

I always feel so much better after participating in a break. I have encouraged my staff and colleagues to work these into their days. I 100% recommend. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bright Breaks?

I have nothing but good things to say about Bright Breaks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

7 minutes is enough to feel refreshed but sometimes I feel like I can actually do a workout, I hope that's something they can do in the future Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Amazing Staff Engagement"
5/5
What do you like best about Bright Breaks?

We have really enjoyed our first few weeks on Bright Breaks. Staff are finding the platform very straightforward and easy to use, and it's obvious they have put a lot of thought into user experience. Staff are engaging very frequently with the platform and enjoying the range of content available. Implementation was a breeze - from contract signing to going live with staff was a matter of 4 weeks. What do you dislike about Bright Breaks?

The only downside (and this is highly specific to our organizaiton's IT policies) is there is no dual option of SSO & Direct Log In. Many of our staff don't have work cell phones or laptops, and so are unable to log in with SSO on their personal devices due to cybersecurity risks of entering their master password on their personal device.
