What do you like best about Bright Breaks?

I am so thankful my company introduced me to Bright Breaks! These break allow me to take as many or as few as I need throughout the day. The 7 minutes is perfect! The instructors are amazing. Nalin, Valerie, Janine, Elyse, Tracy, and Grace, I cannot raze enough about. They are so knowledable and incouraging with each break. Thank you Break Brights and your wonderful instructors!! Sometimes I cannot get on a break but that is not the fault of Bright Breaks. That is me managing my time better. But work does come first! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Bright Breaks helps remind me to stretch and move my body during long hours of desk work."

What do you like best about Bright Breaks?

With Bright Breaks, I can choose my favorite exercises and add them to my Google Calendar, so I don’t have to remember my break times myself. During the virtual Zoom sessions, the instructors are very friendly and engaging—even if most participants keep their cameras off, they remain warm and enthusiastic. They also provide clear verbal guidance. There are many types of activities with varying intensity levels, allowing me to choose what suits my needs. For office workers like me, it’s truly a great way to relax both physically and mentally. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bright Breaks?

Every time I log in, I have to go through my workplace's website, which is a bit inconvenient, but not a big deal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Bright Breaks?

Just started using Bright Breaks this week and have really enjoyed the variety of quick mental, stretch, exercise breaks! It takes a little time to acclimate to the site/app, but once you do, is easy and fun. Each instructor I've interacted with has been friendly and genuinely caring, and there are enough options to (including on demand) for even the busiest schedule! When I'm on my phone, the links from my calendar didn't work, but I then realized I could connect to the session from the Bright Breaks app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Bright Breaks?

I really like the fact that I receive emails reminding me to take breaks. I am a workaholic and will easily work throughout the day without taking a break or standing up. Bright Breaks reminds me to get up and stretch, breath in some air, etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bright Breaks?

I have not found something I dislike. They are quite easy and short enough that they do not feel like a drag. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Bright Breaks?

I love how Bright Breaks provides such an easy solution for taking quick breaks during long workdays in a way that is great for my mental and physical health! The site is very user friendly and there are so many great courses available. The weekly prizes are a great incentive as well to try and squeeze in a break each day! What do you dislike about Bright Breaks?

Under the "All Breaks" view, it's not that intuitive to scroll left and right to view the breaks available throughout the day (i.e., there is no scroll button - you have to click and drag). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great Breaks for the day!"

What do you like best about Bright Breaks?

Accessing the courses are easy through the website. There are so many options to choose from, you can pick what you feel is best for your day and time availability. I have made a goal to have at least one break a day, and up to three if I have the time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bright Breaks?

Even though there are calendar invites sent, I wish there was easier access through the calendar entry into the zoom rather than through the website. Linking to zoom through the web feature can sometimes get clunky and delayed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great breaks, even when you don't think you have the time"
5/5
What do you like best about Bright Breaks?

I appreciate how quick the breaks are and all the different topics that are covered - depending on my mood, I can decide to get some movement in, get nutrition help, or take a guided meditation. If I'm feeling tense from sitting at my desk, tehre's always breaks for stretching and getting extra gentle movement in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bright Breaks?

The only issue I have had so far is that one of the classes I took had the wrong description, so while I was expecting a meditation, it was instead a movement class and I wasn't in the right mindset to move around at that moment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"You learn something new everyday with Bright Breaks"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Bright Breaks?

It's easy to learn something new everyday! Like listening to podcasts but in short but sweet form, Bright Breaks videos and tutorials always help me discover something new, try something fun, or just be present in the moment. My favorite topics are always about nutrition, mindful eating, and having a healthy relationship with food. I appreciate Grace and her tips and pieces of advice (not to mention the extra recipes and downloadable materials she selflessly shares. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bright Breaks?

I usually encounter some video interruptions or issues when I'm using Bright Breaks on mobile, so maybe the app still needs some working on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Bright Breaks has been a game changer for my daily routine!"
5/5
What do you like best about Bright Breaks?

I absolutely love Bright Breaks! Since it launched at our company, I’ve really enjoyed both the live and on-demand sessions available every day. The variety is amazing, and I always look forward to seeing the different instructors. These short breaks have become a highlight of my day, and they’ve really helped me get up and move more often.

What I also love is how easy the site and app are to use and navigate. One of my favorite features is the sync with my calendar, so it only shows me breaks that fit into my schedule. It makes it so much easier to jump into a break without having to search for one. I’m always amazed at how just a few minutes can get my heart rate up or teach me something new.

It’s such a great program, and I genuinely look forward to it every day. Bright Breaks has definitely made my workday more fun and active! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bright Breaks?

I’m really enjoying the variety of sessions offered on Bright Breaks, especially the barre sessions! One suggestion I have is for the site to recommend similar types of breaks based on what I’ve enjoyed. For example, since I like the barre sessions, it would be great to see suggestions for other kinds of dance-based Move Breaks that I might also like. This would help me explore new activities while still staying in the category of exercises I enjoy.

Overall, I love the platform and think this feature would make it even better! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
