So many choices of breaks and I loved all the ones done so far. I Discovered a few favorites that I have sceduled for a few weeks to come. So easy to use and it really refreshes my mind to do them. I was rear ended this year and in 2018. With my work being at a desk, I often experience pain and discomfort. Despite this, I don't take breaks as often as I should. Bright Breaks has really helped me remind myself to take a break and get moving and stretch. The sessions are a great break and really help focus on the areas that give me discomfort. The facilitators are fantastic and very personable if you have the opportunity to speak with them before a session. I love how you get automatic invitations to your calendar about sessions that may be of interest - but you can also review the available sessions to see if others would better or are more interesting to what you need to focus on.
