I absolutely love Bright Breaks! Since it launched at our company, I’ve really enjoyed both the live and on-demand sessions available every day. The variety is amazing, and I always look forward to seeing the different instructors. These short breaks have become a highlight of my day, and they’ve really helped me get up and move more often. What I also love is how easy the site and app are to use and navigate. One of my favorite features is the sync with my calendar, so it only shows me breaks that fit into my schedule. It makes it so much easier to jump into a break without having to search for one. I’m always amazed at how just a few minutes can get my heart rate up or teach me something new. What do you dislike about Bright Breaks? I’m really enjoying the variety of sessions offered on Bright Breaks, especially the barre sessions! One suggestion I have is for the site to recommend similar types of breaks based on what I’ve enjoyed. For example, since I like the barre sessions, it would be great to see suggestions for other kinds of dance-based Move Breaks that I might also like. This would help me explore new activities while still staying in the category of exercises I enjoy. Overall, I love the platform and think this feature would make it even better! Bright Breaks has really helped me get more movement into my day, which is great because it gets me up and out of my chair.
