## Bright Breaks Reviews
  ### 1. Much needed!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Michelle W. | Director of Social Commerce, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 17, 2024

**What do you like best about Bright Breaks?**

I absolutely love the reminder to take a small break and do some movement exercises! It helps immensely especially working in a remote setting. It's really easy to integrate with your calender and get reminders. I can't recommend enough.

**What do you dislike about Bright Breaks?**

I don't really have any aside from that I can't seem to win the contests they have haha!

**What problems is Bright Breaks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Working in a remote setting, I often forget to stand up or take a break but with Bright Breaks, I am constantly reminded to move around and do stretches which helps a lot with posture and removing any stifness. I love it!

  ### 2. Perfect Naming! It's really Bright Breaks!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ali T. | PhD Candidate and Research Assistant in Linguistics, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2024

**What do you like best about Bright Breaks?**

First, I started using Bright Breaks, motivated by the challenge our university (University of Alberta) held. I was simply hoping to win the awards announced for the challenge. However, after a week of getting the breaks through Bright Breaks, I totally forgot about the challenge and awards! It was a real game-changer for my working time. I get refreshed and recharged after every break. Now, I get three breaks a day using Bright Breaks: one stretching, one breathing, and then another stretching break. It has significantly increased my efficiency. I think benefiting from such a platform is kind of necessary for anyone, especially for every person who works over the desk for hours during work time. I really appreciate our university's action in providing access to such an amazing tool. I hope more people benefit from this wonderful opportunity and heighten their work and life experience. Thank you, Bright Breaks!

**What do you dislike about Bright Breaks?**

Nothing special! Maybe just increasing the diversity of coaches and the live events.

**What problems is Bright Breaks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I get three breaks a day using Bright Breaks: one stretching, one breathing, and then another stretching break. It has significantly increased my efficiency. I get refreshed and recharged after every break.

  ### 3. Short but effective

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Human Resources | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Bright Breaks?**

The best part is that they are short but effective. They are short, so they do not take up too much of my work time, and they actually help me concentrate longer after the break.

**What do you dislike about Bright Breaks?**

When other people turn on their cameras, it can be a bit distracting, but this is not bad I just had to think harder to find something.

**What problems is Bright Breaks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps me to stretch parts of my body that are directly affected by work.

  ### 4. Great way to take time for yourself!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Hope H. | Talent Acquisition Leader, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 17, 2025

**What do you like best about Bright Breaks?**

Bright Breaks is a great way to give back to yourself when you spend so much time during the day giving to others.

**What do you dislike about Bright Breaks?**

I have nothing to share at this time. Thank you

**What problems is Bright Breaks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Forcing me to stop and take a minute to care for myself

  ### 5. Fantastic way to get up and get some good movement in during work hours

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vandy L. | Software Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2024

**What do you like best about Bright Breaks?**

The most helpful thing about bright breaks is that they have a bnunch of different 7 minute breaks throughout the day. As a software engineer, I am often glued to my seat and screen for hours at a time without a break, probably with awful posture. Every morning, I log into the bright breaks website and choose the breaks that fit my schedule, often 3-4 for the day. It gives me a good reason to get off my butt and do some stretches and get a much needed break.

**What do you dislike about Bright Breaks?**

I don't see many downsides to Bright Breaks. It would be a waste if your company's employees do not use it much though but it should definitely be encouraged, especially for remote-first companies.

**What problems is Bright Breaks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problem I have as a software engineer is that I often am working on a problem and am seated typing on my keyboard for hours at a time. With bright breaks, I schedule multiple 7-minute breaks in the morning, which gives me a reason to stop working for a small amount of time and get a small break to stretch my body. It has really helped me in the past few months with my posture and overall well-being.

  ### 6. BrightBreaks has been way better than I had expected

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marie V. | NA, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 15, 2024

**What do you like best about Bright Breaks?**

I've completed approximately 15 Bright Breaks over the past few weeks and they've been far better than I ever expected. I love that they are short (just 7 minutes), super easy to follow, and they get my body or mind moving throughout the day. I also appreciate that the survey they send afterwards is read and acted upon. After asking several questions over 2-3 surveys, someone emailed me with a solution to what I was asking about. Love that.

**What do you dislike about Bright Breaks?**

At first I couldn't see the instructor but then I made a comment in the survey and someone emailed me to show me how to see the instructor! Talk about incredible customer service.

**What problems is Bright Breaks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's getting me moving throughout the day.

  ### 7. Great breaks!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Telisa C. | Instructor, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2024

**What do you like best about Bright Breaks?**

I love the variety of breaks built into bright breaks. Everything from mindfulness, to gentle stretching, to full-on workouts. They're only 7 minutes long, so easy to work into your work day, and there's a good amount of live and pre-recorded breaks to choose from. I strung together 4 of the more vigorous pre-recorded breaks for a full body workout and it was great. And I try to schedule at least one mindfullness/gentle stretching break each morning and each afternoon. It's really great!

**What do you dislike about Bright Breaks?**

The only thing I don't like is that people sometimes talk during the breaks. Especially if I'm doing a mindfullness break, I don't want to hear other attendees chatting with the leader on zoom. I'd prefer that people's mics are always muted.

**What problems is Bright Breaks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It gives me a reminder to stretch when I've been sitting for long periods of time, and helps me stay grounded during a hectic work day.

  ### 8. Convenient and Inventive Breaks in my Day

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Breanna T. | Student Recruiter - National Recruitment, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2024

**What do you like best about Bright Breaks?**

I really love how this program syncs with my work calendar and schedules in at least 1 quick break in my day. It is always something I would not think to do on my own and especiallly the physical ones, they help me move a bit in my office space. I am new to office work so these little reminders to move or breathe or take a break each day are very helpful. There are lots of options depending on how much you like to move or what you need, and if you miss a session, you can always watch it on demand. I love how the sessions are led in real time by a real person. It was super easy to sign up and get started, and I get notifications reminding me of the upcoming sessions which is great when I am busy and forgetful. 7 minutes is also the perfect amount of time for a little movement break, not too long but just enough to feel refreshed and/or relaxed.

**What do you dislike about Bright Breaks?**

Occasionally, I will not always see the notifications and then I miss my session but that is minor.

**What problems is Bright Breaks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am new to office work so Bright Breaks is a great way for me to keep my physical health up with a bit of movement since I am new to a desk job. It is great for not staying too stagnant in my movement during work. It also gives me something else to do on my breaks besides check my phone which is always good for overall health. It also reminds me to take a break which I can often forget.

  ### 9. Bright Breaks is an awesome benefit, perfect for short, rejuvenating breaks

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paul K. | Senior Data Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2024

**What do you like best about Bright Breaks?**

Bright Breaks is exactly what I've been looking for: scheduled breaks that get my heart rate up & new ways to stretch to avoid detriments of sitting most/all day.

I've enjoyed learning a little yoga, a few new neck/spine stretches, and some Tai Chi. And I look forward to working some of the recorded sessions into my routine, as well.

**What do you dislike about Bright Breaks?**

I have no complaints thus far, but could see adding more to the curriculum... more Tai Chi; maybe optional things like foam rollers, yoga mats, or small weights, since many people probably have them (you could even add Amazon links for people to order vetted options).

**What problems is Bright Breaks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There seems to be growing evidence that a sedentary lifestyle will lead to back, neck, and other problems later in life. Bright Breaks is a great nudge to take one or two meaningful breaks each day to combat this.

  ### 10. Love the micro breaks!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Research | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 09, 2024

**What do you like best about Bright Breaks?**

I love that they are bite-sized breaks that I can easily do, and it's so convenient that it can see when I'm busy and only suggest classes for me to take during when I'm available. Even if I'm unavailable during a class that I'd be interested in, I also appreciate that there are videos I can watch at my convenience. I do a mix of both live classes and on demand videos throughout my day!

**What do you dislike about Bright Breaks?**

I wish that it would integrate with my work calendar so that I'll have the activities on there too

**What problems is Bright Breaks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I sit too much, so Bright Breaks helps to stretch out my lower back, upper back, shoulders, neck, and even my face!

  ### 11. Perfect quick reset to your day

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 13, 2024

**What do you like best about Bright Breaks?**

Bright Breaks have been a great way to step back and reset my day. Reminders to stretch, rest, eat well, and drink enough water have been very helpful. I appreciate my daily breaks with Bright Breaks

**What do you dislike about Bright Breaks?**

The only downsides I experience from Bright Breaks is not being able to participate in some of the more active breaks due to my work location. I enjoy these breaks on my remote days however.

**What problems is Bright Breaks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeps me on task and de-stressed during busy periods at work

  ### 12. Engaging and helpful

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dani R. | Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 13, 2024

**What do you like best about Bright Breaks?**

All the different breaks I have taken have been helpful. I love the stretching and tension release ones the best. I like how many are offerred through the day so I can find one that works with my schedule each day. Instructors are friendly. I like that they are live, it holds me more accountable.

**What do you dislike about Bright Breaks?**

A lot of clicks to log in each time, passwords are saved but lots of popups to okay.

**What problems is Bright Breaks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Stiffness from sitting all day, stress reduction

  ### 13. BEST BREAKS!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Carol M. | Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 12, 2024

**What do you dislike about Bright Breaks?**

I have nothing negative to say - LOVE it!

**What problems is Bright Breaks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Micro breaks! Self care sessions that are perfect for the busy professional

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Program Development | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 20, 2024

**What do you like best about Bright Breaks?**

Instructors are amazing - they provide good tips along with what NOT to do if you have pre-exisiting health issues.
It's super helpful they send the links directly to my calendar and also by email.

**What do you dislike about Bright Breaks?**

Not much! Sometimes the timing of the suggested items don't work with my schedule; but I am able to choose another one that does.

**What problems is Bright Breaks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It reminds me of the importance of taking breaks and moving my body to keep it alert.

  ### 15. Can't stop telling everyone about it!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** I H. | Faculty Services Coordinator, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 14, 2024

**What do you like best about Bright Breaks?**

They are accessible, and easy to use; booking a session or using an on-demand video is just as convenient.
Thie ease makes it an attainable goal to move daily, or at least very frequently.
The instructors are awesome, and you can tell have quote a bit of experience with the exercises.

**What do you dislike about Bright Breaks?**

I feel like getting the alerts 10 minutes before can sometimes be too far away, and I forget easily. The 5 minute phone reminder is good, but a calendar reminder at that point would be more useful.

**What problems is Bright Breaks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I need to move, as per my chiropractor, and my physiotherapist. This helps with reaching that goal, and being in much less pain throughout my day, and even at home. So the benefit to me moves into my personal life, which is good.

  ### 16. Love movement breaks

  ### 17. Great wellness perk for employees!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Professional Training & Coaching | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 18, 2024

**What do you like best about Bright Breaks?**

Bright Breaks cater to the needs of your team by working with employee's busy schedules with different topics to pick from. There is no one size fits all in wellness! Rolling out the program was also a breeze and took very little time but has a big impact on complany culture.

**What do you dislike about Bright Breaks?**

Nothing! Their team works with admins and anything their system can't do they always take the feedback to make changes or privude other solutions.

**What problems is Bright Breaks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There is meeting fatigue, and this provide a way for breaks to be automtaically added to employee's calnedars with very little effort and help promote the willbeing of our team.

  ### 18. I like the breaks very much but it would be easier if they were all on demand.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Bright Breaks?**

I like that in a short period of time you get a lot of value from the breaks

**What do you dislike about Bright Breaks?**

That most of them are live so even if I schedule them, my line of work doesn't allow me to take scheduled breaks so I miss a lot. I would love if they were all on demand

**What problems is Bright Breaks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

getting off my chair, moving and relaxing

  ### 19. Great for maintaining energy and focus during the day.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 09, 2024

**What do you like best about Bright Breaks?**

I enjoy bright breaks because it gives me a clear and intentional moment in my day to stretch, get my heart rate up, or just breath. I try to do at least one a day because it really helps me reset each time I go back to the computer after a break.

**What do you dislike about Bright Breaks?**

I know they are supposed to be only 7 minutes long but sometimes I feel like I join the meetings and the instructors have started right on the dot. I always miss the beginning of the session.

**What problems is Bright Breaks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

hours of sitting hurt my body so it's good to get in a short burst of movement during the day.

  ### 20. Great Pick Me Up!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 17, 2024

**What do you like best about Bright Breaks?**

I really love the Bright Breaks through out the day. They are quick (normally around 2-6 minutes) and can be done easily at my desk. The instructors are great - they are friendly and informative. The ease of implementing the break into my work calendar is flawless and quick. Definitely recommend! I feel refreshed and ready to continue on the work day!

**What do you dislike about Bright Breaks?**

I can't think of anything I don't like...I would say I wish there were more stretch breaks later in the afternoon - but stretch breaks that can just be done at my desk or in my chair. I don't want to stand and interrupt the office with some of the breaks!

**What problems is Bright Breaks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sometimes I feel tight in my shoulders and neck and these breaks help me stretch and just get into my body. Sometimes I also get a bit stressed and I'll just take 2-6 minutes to have a break and I feel ready to take on the rest of the day.

  ### 21. Breaks that Make You More Productive

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sarah H. | Sr. Manager, Community Experience, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 15, 2024

**What do you like best about Bright Breaks?**

I love that Bright Breaks are short, bite-sized breaks to interrupt my day. While it may sound counterintuitive, these breaks actually make me more productive. It's exciting to think how great an impact a mere 7 minutes can have on ones day! Easy to use, Easy to complete, and FUN to select which break to take next! P.S. I also love that I get emails recommending breaks to me each day and I can just click "add to calendar!"

**What do you dislike about Bright Breaks?**

Honestly - I've not yet found something I do not like!

**What problems is Bright Breaks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bright Breaks makes it easy to take a meaningful break in my day!

  ### 22. Bright Breaks have made my work day so much better!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Martha R. | Customer Success Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2024

**What do you like best about Bright Breaks?**

I love Bright Breaks! The short breaks are exactly what I need to reset and feel good in a work day. I particularly appreciate that the breaks are hosted by a live instructor - it adds accountability and enjoyment. The breaks are at conveninent times for my day. I have noticed a change in my overall mood since I started using Bright Breaks consistently.

**What do you dislike about Bright Breaks?**

There isn't anything I dislike about Bright Breaks. It's a great tool!

**What problems is Bright Breaks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's easy to go a whole day without taking a break and stretching or resetting my body, but at the end of the day my body feels that! Because Bright Breaks makes it easy and fun to incorporate these breaks, I'm more likely to do them and my body feels so much better after a day of work.

  ### 23. Love the short breaks!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Pharmaceuticals | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 09, 2024

**What do you like best about Bright Breaks?**

The amount of time is perfect. The instructors really go right into it, at least for the cardio/movement ones, which is greatly appreciated. I have less interest in the discussion ones, personally, but the ones that make you move have been fantastic, well thought out and provide a great break even at a desk. I like that the levels are provided so we can choose, and there are a number throughout the day, because I have a tendancy to plan more than 1 so that if I cancel earlier, I can still do 1 in the afternoon.

**What do you dislike about Bright Breaks?**

I would like them to start on the hour more. I understand the idea of starting at :05 or :50 however, as someone who often moves from 1 meeting to another, I find it hard to remember to join on time. I would recommend SOME options that are on the hour or half hour at least throughout the day.

**What problems is Bright Breaks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reminds me to move in the day and just stand up from my desk. Being sedintary is causing me to be overweight.

  ### 24. Productive

I signed up to receive email reminders of what breaks are available to me throughout the day and I find it so helpful to choose which ones I would want to attend. It definitely serves as a remider to stop all the work i'm doing and to take a break for myself and my body. Also, all of the instructors have been amazing and very helpful!

**What do you dislike about Bright Breaks?**

To be honest there is nothing I dislike about it so far. My experience has been positive overall.

**What problems is Bright Breaks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is solving being at my desk all day without physical movement, it is benefint my body to remind me to get up and move!

**Reviewed Date:** October 15, 2024

**What do you like best about Bright Breaks?**

The short 7 min format is just enough to get a nice stretch or move break, or even calm and center your mind. I really enjoy the break from sitting at a desk. The stretch breaks are my favorite.

**What do you dislike about Bright Breaks?**

I wish I saw more from my favorite instructors.

**What problems is Bright Breaks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A break from a sedentary desk job

  ### 32. What a FANTASTIC service!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Pamela M. | Research Informatics Specialist, Higher Education, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 28, 2024

**What do you like best about Bright Breaks?**

Bright Breaks offers something for everyone! Stress relief, stretching, activity, dancing, strengthening, and each only a brief 7 minutes long. Easy to fit into my day and conveniently connects to my calendar with reminders. Available on my desktop or on my mobile device to access it on the go. I add some live sessions to my day and if I can't make them, use the On Demand options to complete when I have a minute. I aim for 3x per day! So easy to use!

**What do you dislike about Bright Breaks?**

I find that the live sessions are scheduled throughout the day on M,W and Th but not T and so I'm less likely to try to schedule something on days where there aren't lives. That means I often don't remember. Would be nice to either be able to "schedule" On Demand sessions for those days, or have live sessions throughout every day.

**What problems is Bright Breaks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rejuvinates and Energizes me so I can refocus on my work with more intensity.

**What do you like best about Bright Breaks?**

I found the system extremely easy to set up and using the system every day is very easy as well ~ a meeting invite gets put into your calendar once you sign up, so you don't forget to join the sessions. The actual "Bright Breaks" was easy to install and sign up for.
I like that there are so many breaks to choose from as well as for every body part. I enjoy the daily reminders to move as well as the weekly hints and tips email that are sent.
The staff are extremely friendly and supportive as well!

**What do you dislike about Bright Breaks?**

I wish there was more time in my day to participate in ALL of the activities provided!

**What problems is Bright Breaks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

**What do you like best about Bright Breaks?**

I love being able to select which breaks I want to do on any given day. I can pick breaks that target any areas of tightness. The short breaks are easy to fit in between meetings and I like how they are scheduled for just before or just after common meeting start and end times.

**What do you dislike about Bright Breaks?**

Occasionally the voice audio quality is poor, but it's usually good. Sometimes the voice quality is good but the background music is too loud or distracting.

**What problems is Bright Breaks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm using bright breaks to target neck and shoulder tightness from years of sitting at a desk. I'm feeling greater mobility in my shoulders overall and they are less tight than before.

Also, there are enough variety of selections that allow users to choose one or a few that fit that needs that day. I especially appreciate that it integrets with my calendar so no extra effort needed on my end.

**What do you dislike about Bright Breaks?**

The only area I think there is an opportunity, which I know they are working, on is improving the French content and French session offering.

**What problems is Bright Breaks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The short sessions is achievable and allows me to have breaks throughout the day.

  ### 39. Excellent platform with easy and effective functionality

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Teresa G. | Employee Wellness Program Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2024

**What do you like best about Bright Breaks?**

Bright Breks is a a straightforward, engaging, and effective platform that can be a great way to reach and engage our hybrid and remote employees (as well as those that are on site!). It is very easy to create an account, sync sessions with google and/or outlook calendar, set up reminders, and participate. The fact that they have so many live sessions available from early morning into the evening is a bbig draw, as it covers more than the average workday. Sessions are only 7 minutes long, so not much of a time commitment is required; this also allows more frequesnt use if someone wanted to do a few sessions each day. Customer support has also been fantastic.

**What do you dislike about Bright Breaks?**

Live sessions are not foe everyone, so some folks may not be interested. Additionally, some people do not want additional zoom sessions/virtual options.

**What problems is Bright Breaks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This platform could help to reach fully remote, and hybrid, employees as a part of the company wellness offerings. Not only does it offer movement sessions, but also mindfulness, nutrition, stress relief, and more.

**What do you like best about Bright Breaks?**

I got my first ever desk job a few months ago, and my company uses Brightbreaks and it's been a lovely addition to my life! It's a great way to break up the work day and get a good stretch in. I love how quick the breaks are, it makes it easy to add them into my work day, but they are effective. My back and neck are grateful for these breaks! I especially love the Spinal Release and the access to on-demand breaks when I'm too busy to join a live one. Lastly, I really enjoy all of the intrsuctors! Excellent website

**What do you dislike about Bright Breaks?**

I find it hard to coordinate the live breaks into a busy work day at times, but the range of options availble on demand are usually a good subsitute.

**What problems is Bright Breaks solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Giving me a chunk of time to step away from my work and get my body moving has made going back into my workload afterwards much more manageable. I feel refreshed and motivated after I take a bright break

  ### 49. Amazing Staff Engagement

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Keara T. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 05, 2024

**What do you like best about Bright Breaks?**

We have really enjoyed our first few weeks on Bright Breaks. Staff are finding the platform very straightforward and easy to use, and it's obvious they have put a lot of thought into user experience. Staff are engaging very frequently with the platform and enjoying the range of content available. Implementation was a breeze - from contract signing to going live with staff was a matter of 4 weeks.

**What do you dislike about Bright Breaks?**

The only downside (and this is highly specific to our organizaiton's IT policies) is there is no dual option of SSO & Direct Log In. Many of our staff don't have work cell phones or laptops, and so are unable to log in with SSO on their personal devices due to cybersecurity risks of entering their master password on their personal device.

Bright Breaks is assisting us in actioning a recent employee engagement survey suggestion - that our office staff and remote workers find it difficult to step away from work during the day.
