Brief First is a guest experience page independent restaurants add to their own menu link or table QR code. The free tier gives every guest a way to ask menu questions, share private feedback with management in real time, send praise straight to the kitchen, and raise a hand for their server — no app, no card, no AI. The paid tier adds an AI host that answers menu and allergen questions honestly in any language, gathers guest requests like extra napkins or water, and — when a venue turns it on — relays table orders to staff through a simple in-conversation order pad; Brief First never processes payment. Returning guests can choose to be remembered by marking their own words on the page; nothing is written on their behalf. Restaurant owners get a dashboard showing every piece of feedback and request in real time, plus an assistant that helps draft menu items and specials. Pricing is usage-based and published, with no sales call required.
