What sets Bridge apart is its skill-mapping superpower. ## Bridge Reviews
  ### 1. Easy to Deploy and Easy to Use

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jessica L. | Enablement Program Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2020

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

Bridge is an easy to use and easy to deploy LMS. It does not over complicate the user experience, which I've experience with other LMS in the past.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

More flexibility in building programs would be a plus.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating a central place for onboarding and professional development. Allows users to easily find content that they can use to develop core skills or other interests.

  ### 2. Dynamic tool for developing and implementing training across an organization! Excellent Analytic too

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Vivian P. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 09, 2020

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

Excellent analytics including time on task.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

Need option to respond to short answers.

**Recommendations to others considering Bridge:**

It is a great tool for a distributed workforce.
It is easy to facilitate "canned" training and develop training specific to your company.
It can integrate with HR tools.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a large distributed workforce. Bridge has allowed us to reach all employees with training designed specifically for our employees.

**Official Response from Drew Stinger:**

> Thanks Vivian! Your input and feedback are much appreciated! I will be sure to pass on your input to our product team as well. Again, thank you!

  ### 3. Enjoying Bridge Learning

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christine D. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2020

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

Ease of use of the product
Authoring tool
The Customer Success Team

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

Authoring tool is limited so I will have to purchase an external tool (Articulate) to create more media focused and visually appealing learning objects.
Would be nice to have sub categories instead of having to create programs every time.

**Recommendations to others considering Bridge:**

If you are looking for an LMS that is easy to implement, use and participate in, Bridge is it. The people make the product and you can be sure to receive the support you need, when you need it.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are now offering an easy to use platform that we can keep adding learning opportunities for our people. Love the mobile app cause our people tend to travel (pre-COVID-19) and having access to learning while on the road is really valuable.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryan R. | IT Service Delivery Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2020

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

The Bridge studio is extremly user friendly with the editing function to make and edit video content for your business.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

I have been using Bridge for around 6 months and i havent found any issues I dislike.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a business we are using bridge for a vast area for learning management areas including learning content on our own bespoke software, outlook issues, two factor authentication, legal and compliance, data protection to name a few.

The benefits of utilising bridge is that we have content readily available to all staff when ever they need it and we can track what staff members have watched our content with the option to see if they have passed a multi choice exam we may choose to attach.

  ### 6. The BEST LMS I've used!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2020

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

Easy access, simple content creation, and widget-style reporting dashboard

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

data dumps sometimes take several hours to download. I often reach out to Bridge Support for assistance.

**Recommendations to others considering Bridge:**

I would highly recommend to any company (large or small) looking for an LMS that is easy to use, easy to access, and great for learners on the go.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Space is not an issue with Bridge. We have over 600 courses! categories and sub-accounts help keep everything organized.

  ### 7. Bridge has helped merge our Learning Goals with our Development Goals

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Steven W. | Corporate Training Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2020

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

We love the career development and 1on1 shared agenda functionality. We love the attentiveness they have toward improving the platform and their service has been responsive. Overall it is very user friendly and aesthetically pleasing.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

There were some navigational nuances that were difficult for some but they have already corrected that with our newest version.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have been able to have more consistent and documented performance conversations. We have been able to expand our learning library and have been able improve goal setting and goal alignment. We have created a robust onboarding program that fulfills all of our connection objectives. It syncs with our HRIS system so it is really hassle free.

  ### 8. The process, from start (demo request) to finish(signing an agreement) has been so easy!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2020

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

The responsiveness of Bridge is fantastic

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

Nothing. I can’t think of anything I would change at this point.

**Recommendations to others considering Bridge:**

The customer service and responsiveness is unmatched! The platform is easy to use and very aesthetically pleasing.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It’s a much cleaner look and so much easier for our learners. We work with multiple clients and they all love being able to see their own, real-time learner data.

  ### 9. So nice to help our employees see their career progression

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christian A. | Senior Product Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 04, 2020

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

Our employees feel that foreUP is committed to their future and goals. Yes, some of our employees goals dont involve foreUP in the distant future, but we are helping them to develop the skills they need to be where they want to, and in turn, we are seeing a high output from our employees and a much happier morale amongst the staff.

We also aboslutley love the assessment tools. We have worked with Bridge who provided us with a very comprehensive list of careers and the skills that attribute to those careers. Our employees are given free range to do an assessment with their peers or coworkers whenever they want, but we typically askw that they do an assessment every 6 months. We use these assessments to nail down 2-3 skills that as a manager, can help them to develop to either make them better foreUP individuals, or better individuals in their personal lives.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

We are a smaller company, and there are aspects to Bridge that feel like it was built primarily for enterprise sized companies. Nothing we can get around, but thats something we dislike.

We also do not have a dedicated HR rep yet, we have people who are filling that position, but we do not have someone who can own the Bridge suite as a whole. Each department has better adoption in certain areas than that of others. For example, the development team sees huge engagementment, where the part time support team sees little to no adoption after initial onboarding.

**Recommendations to others considering Bridge:**

Its a great tool, and any company that cares about their employees and how they interact with them and their goals should use Bridge.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Manager 1-on-1 management is going so well. It is great to see the cadence of how often meetings are happening and with whom. The employees also like that they are able to prep for their 1-on-1's by creating an agenda that can be shared with teh manager, makes for much more meaningful interactions.

We also love the assessment tool, it is used on a quarterly basis and the peer reviews mean a lot to not only teh managers, but the employees.'

We have recently started using the Bridge tool for compliance testing, and onboarding which has been wildly successful and helped mitigate a lot of on boarding headaches we used to face.

  ### 10. Bridge is an amazing LMS!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Monica S. | HR Specialist- Training and Professional Development, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 04, 2020

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

I love how you can create smart groups to auto assign training programs/courses to staff. I also love how user friendly Bridge is. You can create training content so easily with this LMS. It has great features where you can embed, add links and graphics.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

The only thing I dislike would be that you can't categorize your course library but it's not a deal breaker :). I feel overall the other features outweigh my one con for this program.

**Recommendations to others considering Bridge:**

If you are looking for an easy to use learning management system then I believe Bridge is the best choice. The user friendliness, great dashboards, deep diving reporting and overall look of the program is great quality.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

This has been a great tool to assign training courses for our staff. Considering we have 1100-1300 employees at any given time to be able to assign a course with only the push of a button is amazing!

  ### 11. Fantastic customer service and support

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Lisa M. | Lead Commercial Product Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 04, 2020

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

The ability to receive instant support even when we are based in the UK shows the commitment to ensuring all Bridge customers receive exemplary levels of service

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

Our frustrations are exclusively tied to the different way we are using the system to create training content for our external customers to access so it is understandable that the features we would like are not as fast to come

**Recommendations to others considering Bridge:**

The implementation process was faultless and the customer service and engagement from every employee I have connected with has been exceptional. The company really seems to care about their customers and the product really delivers what it sets out to.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to offer our external customers an easily accessible platform to complete training courses and training programmes and we can track sign up and completion and use it to ensure we can offer the best value training for our clients all over the world.

  ### 12. Bridge is a clear way to present and absorb info

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 09, 2020

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

I like the clean, simple, consistent interface.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

I don’t like that you can’t resize a picture, and sometimes it is awkward trying to get into your own module that you created... having to enroll etc

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are moving our company onboarding process from many different platforms to one. It makes it simpler for new hires to know that they have completed everything.

  ### 13. Absolutely the best

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jesse B. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2020

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

Bridge allows any organization to create and deliver customized professional development, pieces of training, and relevant information in a streamlined package that works anywhere, anytime. One of the things I absolutely love about Bridge is that it works right out of the box with minimal setup.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

I’m not sure I understand the question. If there was a dislike it would be buried behind the myriad of likes and loves.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to create engagement with professional development and also track and manage each component of a piece of training. Bridge has filled holes we didn’t know we had and shown us information we didn’t know we needed.

  ### 14. Bridge LMS has been a wonderful experience for our company.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeremy S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 04, 2020

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

I have administered other Learning Management Systems in the past. By far, Bridge has been the easiest from an administrative standpoint. Great job aids, wonderful customer service, and an unmatched platform to work in.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

Our users have found that using Bridge on their mobile devices is a bit quirky. We have had issues with training modules completing correctly when using a mobile phone.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before implementing Bridge, our company did not have an LMS. All training completions were tracked via spreadsheet. Each department had their own spreadsheets, so there was not a good way of gathering training data for the entire company. Bridge has allowed us to bring all of that to one place. Our employees love it. There have been some bumps along the road as employees got up to speed on the technology, but overall our employee satisfaction with Bridge is very high.

  ### 15. Great Solution!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jill K. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 04, 2020

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

We were sold on Bridge when we saw the reporting capabilities it had and the auto-csv feature. Our users are updated in real time thanks to the auto csv and we are able to see how many outstanding assignments we have, what is overdue, and easily pull audit information. This system has been a clean solution for us and we have been so happy with the product and support team.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

Our users have difficulty accessing it from time to time, it performs best in Chrome but loading SCORM content can get tricky and sometimes isn't as user friendly.

**Recommendations to others considering Bridge:**

Use the Bridge Community site, it's very helpful!

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are seeing more reporting data, we are able to train our new hires on their first day within the learn center and we have a clear and consistent picture for both managers and leaders within their dashboard.

  ### 16. A Learning Management System that is User Friendly for User and Admin

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Oil & Energy | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2020

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

First of all is a great product that is affordable. Businesses don't always put LMS as the top priority so having an affordable great product is the best! I love that the user experience is a great one. They can use Bridge from their phone or computer. It is not hard to find content or complete a training. We want our users to be happy so that they will seek out training regularly.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

The reporting capabilities do need to be improved for the administrators. Other than that the Bridge product is so easy to create, assign, and role out. We are very happy with the product.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are able to keep all training material in one central location. We have used the sub-account to create a separate contractors group. This gives them permission to view our Standard Operating Procedures.

  ### 17. Creator

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Insurance | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2020

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

It is user friendly easy to add images and text fields. Adding pages is simple.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

I had problems changing image size and arranging page contents

**Recommendations to others considering Bridge:**

Bridge is a great tool to get quality training out to your teams. The sales teams like the coworker feedback that can be written once the training is completed. Managers like the ability to track training and integrate into the employee reviews.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is easy to get information out to sales team quickly

  ### 18. New to Bridge

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stan L. | Manager, Learning & Development, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2020

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

Definitely the customer service is top notch. We left our other LMS because of poor customer service. Bridge is top-notch.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

Some functionality is just not there, yet. Like an internal evaluation engine to attach to each course.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our biggest problem before using Bridge was the reliability issue with our users. Our users didn't feel comfortable they would get the response they needed with our old LMS. Now we have a higher than expected rate of usage in our company and more people commented on the ease of use.

  ### 19. Great LMS for streamlining and creating an experience

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Greggory W. | Sr. eLearning Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2018

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

I have thoroughly enjoyed the ability to be able to curate and create content in a variety of ways that makes it simple and easy for the learners to access the content. I love the ability to help managers manage easier by giving them a dashboard.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

I do wish there was a way to have a learning admin ROI dashboard based on what we want. There are a lot of "standard" features I wish Bridge made available that they have in their Canvas product. I also do not like their current "client structure" in which we just go into a pot of people and don't have regular touchpoints. I have been pretty dissatisfied with their client interaction.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating a consistent and compliance experience across the spectrum

  ### 20. good lms has the basic features of learning management systems

**Rating:** 2.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** mahmoud e. | content director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 11, 2020

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

easy ui
basic lms features
easy functionality

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

not helpful support
not easy to customize
has many technical issues

**Recommendations to others considering Bridge:**

if they looking for easy lms use bridge but considering the limited features

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

lms features and users report

**Official Response from Drew Stinger:**

> “Hi Mahmoud. Thank you for your review and feedback. We love to hear from our customers and learn how we can always be improving Bridge. I have passed your feedback on to our Customer Success Team so we can ensure we address any challenges."

  ### 21. Indeed, it is a Bridge to the world of LMS

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mark S. | Lead-IT & ERP, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 22, 2020

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

The easy with which an average non IT compliant personnel navigates the site is a plus to the developers, ones does not really need long training to learn the application.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

The insider routine for instance...when an employee changes a line manager, often times, the only option is the CSV but such modifications should be available on the interface.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Use of CSV is good for corrections etc but can the team also enable direct changes on the application, meaning we should be given options.

  ### 22. A very progressive LMS

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 04, 2020

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

WE have been using Bridge for just over a year and i have to say that this company responds to their customer as well as any company I have ever dealt with. Their customer support is first rate, always professional, friendly, and ale to answer questions right off the bat and willing to go the extra mile for their customers.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

The only real downside to Bridge is that some of their reporting is a little lacking but they have future updates planned that will alleviate this.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bridge has allowed me as a single training coordinator for a company of 250+ to roll out a LMS that is easy to use, easy to administrate, and most importantly, appeals to our users.

  ### 23. Bridge has helped us track the progress of the people in our program

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bridget M. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 12, 2020

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

I like the fact that not only can our candidates log in and see their progress but their supervisors can also track their progress. It cuts down on calls and emails and gives our partners direct access to information.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

Bridge was designed for an employee system but we are using it for our teacher credential program to track progress through the program. It does have some challenges for our particular use but we are working closely with Instructure to customize our use.

**Recommendations to others considering Bridge:**

I would highly recommend Bridge to anyone looking for a great tracking product. The Instructure team was amazing to work with and using this program has cut down on a lot of our phone and email time.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bridge allows us to better track progress and eliminates a lot of paperwork and phone calls. Candidates can upload information directly to their accounts. Using Bridge has freed up a lot of time for our staff and gives us information about our program at our fingertips.

  ### 24. Learner Engagement and Building Workforce Capability using Instructure Bridge

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Murray H. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 11, 2020

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

Bridge is a User Friendly system for our learners, content designer and administrators that enhances the delivery of our organisation's Mandatory/Induction Training, Social Learning and Formal Qualifications. Bridge is an essential learning tool that helps develop our individual learners competence and combining that team competence to build our workforce capability.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

Bridge is great and my only exception for improvement is a Learner Questioning Feature or Toggle when 100% benchmark for a course is required it allows only the incorrect answered questions for the course to be presented again to the learners. Currently all questions are presented again even where 1 question is answered incorrectly. This simple feature will enhance learner engagement and productivity.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The outcomes for Bridge's implementation into our organisation are:
- Enhanced learner engagement
- Improved Learner Satisfaction with our training activities
- Address Mandatory training requirement more effectively
- Deliver Formal Qualifications to our learners
- Thorough reporting and record administration
- Indirect contribution to improving Staff Retention rate

  ### 25. Good design and easy to use LMS

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Luis Josue J. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 11, 2020

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

The simplicity not only for administrators but for end-users to navigate the LMS. Their support team is very good; if a complex issue comes up, they'll have a higher tier support employee to assist you in a timely manner.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

-Reporting: While it does have different ways to customize reports, the inability to set up scheduled reports creates too much manual job for reporters and administrators to do.

-Tincan support: At the moment only .PPT and SCORM 1.2 and 2004 are supported, Tincan being the newer out of the whole bunch will greatly increase the quality of the courses that could be made available. While this has been suggested to them, it's not one of their top priorities to implement.

**Recommendations to others considering Bridge:**

If you're looking into an LMS that's easy to use and has all the general features an LMS would need, Bridge is a good option.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the main benefits is its ease of use, the implementation of the LMS had to happen at a global level and team members were able to adapt to it very well. Content creation has been made easier with its own authoring tool, so non-interactive courses and knowledge checks can be delivered quite fast.

  ### 26. Excellent experience all around

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jennifer D. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 11, 2020

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

Bridge was incredibly easy to implement and our users are having an overwhelmingly positive experience. It's so easy to use from an administration standpoint. We love the authoring tool and ability to create custom roles. Customer service is outstanding. You actually get a human being on the phone and the very few issues we've experienced were resolved almost immediately.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

I find their reporting to be lacking. The dashboard is slick, but it's not as straightforward as I'd like it to be to mine out specific information. Delivering blended learning programs can get a little tricky.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bridge has changed the way we manage and deliver training for the better. We are in a decentralized training environment, and Bridge has allowed each department to create, track, and manage their own training, and for administrators to then get a view at what is happening across the organization. It has automated burdensome administrative processes and increased our training completions.

  ### 27. Would NOT recommend.

**Rating:** 0.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ken M. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 11, 2020

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

The UX is simple. It's easy enough for anyone to use.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

Zero UX customization abilities, you have no choice of branding beyond adding a basic banner image and basic color changes (salesperson promised we'd be able to brand for our individual user groups -- we can't). Limited reporting functionality; reporting functions don't work with all types of Articulate interactions. There are bugs in reporting that tech support has known about for months and never resolved. We can't capture interaction data unless it's part of a quiz object (different than what the salesperson promised).

Works very poorly with SCORM objects. When opening a SCORM course in a new window, even with blazing fast connection speeds and a small file size, we've had situations where it took a full 90 seconds for the link to the course to appear. Then when the user closes the course, we've had situations where it took over a full minute to redirect back to the LMS. Tech support has known about this since September 2019 - no movement to address it.

Bridge's course editor is ridiculously limited. You can't change fonts, no text alignment changes, no image resizing, no tables, no HTML editor. You have no choice, because "reasons."

Can't customize certificates. You have no choice but to use their design. Can't even drop a logo on there...

Surveys are absolutely unusable. You can't attach them to courses, so you can only send them out at specific times, but you can't use them, for example to evaluate a program. Also, they ONLY allow Likert questions. You can't even put an introductory statement or instructions in there.

Continuing education credits does nothing. You can only set it to a max of 100, which is useless if you're using a point system that gets into the triple digits.

Permissions are not customizable enough and grouped together in ways that's been a nightmare to deal with (for example, if you need someone to be able to run simple reports, then you also have no choice but to give them permission to create user groups; if you need someone to be able to assign courses for their team, then you have no choice but to give them the ability to assign courses that don't apply to their team). Because of these issues, we had no choice but to remove ALL managers' ability to assign courses, causing us far more work than we had with our prior LMS. Sometimes, when users enroll into a program, the first course appears locked and the user can't access it. Tech support knows about this. Also, if you want a banner image for your program, you have no choice but to have a colorful gradient applied to your banner image AND a geometric pattern overlaid on top of THAT gradient, so two overlays on top of your graphic. Default feedback for incorrect answers in a quiz or a failed login is "Oh Snap!" and there's no way to change it - you have no choice but to present your company in a sophomoric light. I could go on and on.

Overall, this is a poor LMS and I wouldn't recommend to anyone except for perhaps those looking for a starter system who plan to upgrade within a year.

**Recommendations to others considering Bridge:**

Do not purchase. I wouldn't recommend Bridge to anyone except perhaps the smallest organizations that are looking for an easy, OOTB solution.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I'm having far more problems than solutions.

  ### 28. Great customer support and clean interface!

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2020

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

I have always been impressed by customer support at Bridge. Responses are prompt, courteous and issues are typically resolved quickly, or a workaround is quickly provided.

The interface is clean and building slides is a breeze.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

Reporting and logging is sparse, and this could be improved. For example, it is often very difficult to determine when and how or by whom a learner was assigned a course. The available "data dump" is cryptic at best. Overdue learning reports which get exported as a .csv in Excel typically require a fair bit of sorting and formatting before they can be presented to leadership, and this is time consuming.

I am unable to directly copy slides between courses and this means content has to manually copied from one course to the next if it is to be reused. If this functionality existed, it would be possible to build a repository of slides, or to archive specific slides into an "archive".

Logic on course slides does not exist. To build similar courses for multiple roles requires building multiple courses and can result in difficulty with version control.

Some additional native formatting options on slides would be nice, such as text colours, multi-level lists, and less rigid spacing but this is less important than the above.

The ability to export courses as a PDF would be really, really useful for reference purposes.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Bridge to deliver content across multiple departments in our organization and engage with learners. In particular, for core/compliance type material we are able to easily deploy and confirm completion. I typically use it in my onboarding of new hires to complement in-class sessions.

  ### 29. Simple to use, great customer service with lots of opportunities and potential.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 04, 2020

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

It is easy to create courses and publish them. For the most part the administration side is very straight forward and the administrator user experience is good. We have not experienced any outages or significant data related issues which makes the system feel reliable and consistent.
I like the ability to create tags and also categorize courses. This helps a lot with the organization of the courses and also course retrieval.
The reports are much better now than they were before. Much easier to pull and export.
Customer service representatives are very responsive and knowledgeable. Our account manager has always been flexible and resourceful as well.
The recent implementation of the mobile App was a big win for our company. We have several users test it out and it works great. We are in the process of expanding this to everyone. Any time you can give users the ability to get things done on the go, it is sure win.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

The native course creator platform is well below minimum standards for effective Instructional design which leads us to develop the courses using other tools and upload the SCORM packages. The biggest pain point on this process is the fact that there is some sort of a random disconnect between bridge and SCORM courses when it comes down to marking a user's course as complete. We continue to receive notifications from users stating that the they have completed their course but Bridge will not mark them complete so we have to mark them complete ourselves manually. The credibility of our teams' process and the reliability of our reports get jeopardize because we cant pinpoint the source of the issue and neither can Bridge. We stop reporting this issue because Bridge spoke loud and clear that they have no idea why this continues to happen.

Bridge has some issues with different browsers. Not sure how much they can change about this but users will choose their preferred browser regardless of what we say. Then the system allows them to start the course and go all the way to the end and not even be notify the user of compatibility issues until they get stuck or can't complete the course and call us. We are trying to mitigate this issue by letting users know before hand what browsers to use but if there is a way for Bridge to prevent them to even start the course with a not support browser, that would be a much better approach.

The user experience is not the best. People continue to ask us why our LMS looks old and "blah". They are expecting a Netflix/Udemy/Pluralsight experience. Clean tiles with courses grouped together into categories based on who they are or their role or preference instead of a forced default list on a white sterile page that you need to scroll down forever to see everything. We want people to go to Bridge because they want to, not because they have to. Give site administrators the ability to customize or create pages, change defaults and make it more unique and user friendly.

There also should be a place for us to enter the name of the person who Authored the course which is not necessarily the same person who created the course. We need a way to be able to submit courses for review and approval as well. That record can be very helpful.

I still think there should be a better way to use live training. We have third party vendors who provide webinars and based on what Bridge offers there is no way for us to link users to these training opportunities through the system. That is a big miss from my perspective. it should not be very hard to allow us to use the training calendar and live training functions to link our users to any training they want to attend and make it as seamless and easy as possible.

**Recommendations to others considering Bridge:**

Have a well defined and documented list of what you expect to see. Ask for specific demonstrations of those features. Also be aware of transitioning courses records from a previous LMS into Bridge may not work properly. For us after many trials and errors we decided to keep the records separated. Bridge has a modern approach and tremendous potential so if you have a clear vision of what you want and what you are willing to compromise, chances are you will not be surprised later on after you signed the contract.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

At this present moment Bridge is helping us keep our records for required compliance training straight and accurate. This is extremely important in our highly regulated industry. The ability to know in seconds who completed a course, who is working on it, when certain courses were completed, to whom those individuals report to and where they are located in the country is crucial for auditing purposes. That is one of the main reasons we have had many meetings and discussions about reports.

Although this is a very important reason why we have Bridge I do believe it is causing the users to think that Bridge is just a compliance course management system instead of a LEARNING management system. We want Bridge to partner with us to help use change the users perspective and come to Bridge because they want to learn not to only because they have to. In order for that to happen we will need Bridge's help building a system that provides a superior user experience. Unfortunately I don't see that being a priority for Bridge at this time.

  ### 30. Great solution for the right type of business

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 04, 2020

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

Bridge is easy to use and has an attractive interface.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

Many of our needs are not able to be met. One problem is that we can't load external training certificates to the individual Learner's profile. We also can't set specific due dates for courses that are stable no matter when the course is completed (if a learner finishes a program late, it resets for a future late date). My BIGGEST disappointment has been that we have had this for 2 years now and were sold initially on the promise that designers are in-house and would be NIMBLE and able to work with us on needed improvements. We have not seen any of what are 'not rocket science' fixes that we've requested and having to get 'votes' and negotiate/campaign for what is needed by many feels like begging. Not what we paid for!

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Track learning history, respond to government auditors, assign self-learning programs.

  ### 31. I've tried and tried, but I've struggled to get Bridge to work

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Internet | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2020

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

I got ready to say nothing, but they have obviously worked hard to make the platform visually appealing. However, I've found that focus on being visually appealing actually takes away from the usability of the software.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

Where to start - it's such a difficult program to utilize, that's a challenge. I've used similar tools before and I also use Salesforce, Hubspot, ABM Tools, Accounting platform, etc. - so I'm quite familiar with SaaS products. And I've given Bridge a really solid go, putting in hours myself to make it work along with talking with our corporate HR team to see if my issues were user error or just how the software is structured and workflows work. It ended up being the software - even for basic activities, if my process was slightly outside of what Bridge thought was best practice, it just wouldn't work.

Examples:

1-on-1's: I could not run a 1-on-1 where I documented what was on our agenda and then captured that agenda so we could look back historically to see how we did. There was a weird ongoing task list that kept repeating and it was the only way to do this. I gave it 2 months of trying to use it for 1-on-1's and just gave up, it created more work that it was increasing in efficiency.

Performance: No way for managers to do their own performance check-ins outside of what was going on at the corporate level. So a monthly check in would not fit the process and I could not ask additional questions outside of what the corporate team put together. No flexibility here.

Buggy: I spent 10 minutes trying to see what outstanding courses an employee had because Bridge tries to make it look cool, but thus I could not click on the hotlink because two bubbles were right next to each other. I still can't see what courses the employees owes and I now I need to chase up our HR department for this.

Long load times: Again, visually pleasing as all of the bubbles float across the screen, but when it takes 2-3 minutes to load a simple page, it gets frustrating.

I could come up with others, but it's been a very poor investment in my time. I really approached this to help take a lot of things we were doing with presentations and spreadsheets to help better document and have these for an employee - I was psyched to get started with Bridge but it has really under-performed.

**Recommendations to others considering Bridge:**

Really check out the workflows to make sure it works. Don't look at the slickness and visuals - look under the hood.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using Bridge for learning, ramping up employees, 1-on-1 conversations, and performance conversations.

  ### 32. An amazing LMS... and Career Management features push it to the top!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 02, 2020

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

1-1s are great, the user interface is awesome, the career planning is fantastic. We also have a subscription to LinkedIn Learning, and it integrates very well with Bridge, and it's really cool to be able to tie learnings to different career and developmental goals. The Bridge Drivers are really cool too - I love the physical cards it comes with. It's very easy to use and manage.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

It lacks the amount of customizable features of pure-play performance management systems, so some of the features are about 90% useful. For example, managers can't update their employees' goals (although this feature will be added sometime 2020 I've been told), and also for performance conversations, it's very easy to accidentally submit, and there's no way to bring it back into an un-submitted state.

**Recommendations to others considering Bridge:**

We found Bridge because we were looking for an LMS, and were blown away at everything else it could do. Now we use it for career management and performance management as well.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Engaging our workforce, making our company have more of a learning culture, making check-ins more of a common thing than having one big performance chat once a year. Empowering employees to choose developmental skills and request feedback from other employees.

  ### 33. Hands down the best LMS on the market

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** J L P. | Performance Center Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 23, 2018

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

I like that I can do anything I want with the system. I am big on data and making training decisions that are data driven. Bridge allows me to put any data I want into the system from my courses and then get all that data back in a report. It has an easy interface, but is extremely powerful.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

Bridge is building other tools that interact with Bridge Learn. I like the other tools, but I wish more focus was put into Bridge Learn since that's what I use.

**Recommendations to others considering Bridge:**

Cut your search for an LMS short and get together with Bridge. No other platform is nearly as powerful or has as good of support.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Training distribution and mobile device compatibility. Our learners can now take learning anywhere and on any device. It's nice for me too as an admin that I can access it on my phone.

  ### 34. Helping us create a culture of learning

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 09, 2020

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

It's simple to use, easy to navigate and easy to measure how your team is doing.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

Their course created tool could be improved. We often will use another free software and add the .scorn file.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

easy to access learning modules
made our onboarding more engaging and interactive
allowing our team leads to create training for their team members

**Official Response from Drew Stinger:**

> Thank you for your input and review of Bridge. We very much appreciate feedback from our users! I'll pass on your feedback to our product team as we are always looking to improve Bridge and push updates regularly. Thank you again!

  ### 35. Polished, Simple experience

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** John M. | Training Coordinator, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 03, 2020

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

Simple clean interface that looks modern and is mobile friendly.

The administration being easy might not seem like a benefit to an experienced user; however, the less time you spend onboarding colleagues to perform tasks, the more time you have to tackle other endeavors.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

Lack of advanced customaization features is problematic.

Perhaps more concerning is the un-announced release updates that have the potential to break functionality. Since this is cloud based, "features" are merged in on a monthly basis which have caused disruption to workflow for us on multiple occasions.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Onboarding of external audiences; the general simplicity of the product is ideal for our userbase

  ### 36. Bridge was the perfect solution for our organization’s training needs.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brandon C. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2020

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

My favorite part of Bridge is the ease of use. From adding users to creating courses to providing feedback, Bridge is extremely user friendly.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

My only complaint is I wish the content editor was a little more robust.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are using Bridge to centralize and standardized various trainings within the organization. Bridge has become even more essential in recent months as employees are working remotely.

  ### 37. I love the UI and have enjoyed building a Learning Program for my company

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joanie M. | Customer Service Representative, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 03, 2020

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

The user interface is very clear, it's visually appealing, support has been very responsive and I like the development forums where you can input feature requests.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

I wish there was a bit more interactivity between pages, like the ability to access different programs and pages from multiple locations. I also with there was a way to review and approve short answer questions without a spreadsheet.

**Recommendations to others considering Bridge:**

Lots to love and they're always open to ideas!

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Improving our training and information consistency across departments. Having everyone work in one system with someone to encourage standards and practices has made a big difference.

  ### 38. Bridge just works

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Whittaker D. | VP of Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2020

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

We have an aging workforce who is not technically savvy. Bridge is simple and powerful, which allows even our most tech averse learners to proficiently self teach

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

Almost nothing. There a few functions like assigning training based on hire date that I wish existed. I would also like there to be a credit system that requires a certain amount of training each month outside our required courses.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We now have a central hub for long form information and can completely track what areas our training is failing and where our learners are dimissing their training.

  ### 39. Losing Momentum

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Steve E. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 11, 2020

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

In years past, I have been an ardent supporter and evangelist of Bridge. When it hit the market several years ago, it provided and continues to provide an extremely simplistic yet powerful experience for learners, authors, and administrators. I have also benefited greatly from the professional and responsive support teams employed on the Bridge product. I still prefer it to most other systems on the market.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

I fear Bridge has spread themselves too thin and lost momentum in the overall learning management system market. They have failed to ensure their core product is cutting edge and current in terms of basic features and functionality.

**Recommendations to others considering Bridge:**

Be sure to outline all of your requirements and review them accordingly.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Bridge to manage, track, and deliver our internal training programs.

  ### 40. Bridge has proven to be a great platform supporting our global training needs

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** staffan a. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2020

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

Bridge has prove to be a great platform, with excellent support. With this platform we can be sure that everyone in our global organization has recived and conducted relevant trainings.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

It would be great if you got do more branding, add banners, offers etc on the platform itself

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

monitoring of training

  ### 41. Bridge has been a great tool for our business

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 02, 2020

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

My team uses bridge for training videos, performance reviews and 1:1s. The layout makes it super easy to navigate. Adding/removing agenda items are seamless. Playing training videos on the platform is great and there are never any extra plugins you need to install, etc. You can answer training questions and ensure that your team is fully informed on a new release before allowing them to sell the product.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

The platform could be simpler and could use less animations, but all in all I think those are nit picky dislikes.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having a place for centralized conversations with my manager and to keep up to date with training material. So far it has solved this problem for us as we used to use multiple platforms to do all these things.

  ### 42. All in one platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Eryn T. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2020

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

Bridge is user friendly from the administrative standpoint. It guides our employees and managers in effective performance conversions.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

The navigation was somewhat clunky but I have seen the beta version of the new UI that addresses that issue.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have realized the benefit of streamlined compliance reporting.

  ### 43. Great Experience

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospital & Health Care | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 09, 2020

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

I am a security analyst assessing the platform from this perspective and I was very happy with the security posture.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

Nothing. Bridge is great to work with, very responsive.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Secure LMS system that meets all or our regulatory requirements.

**Official Response from Drew Stinger:**

> Thank you for your assessment and review of Bridge. We are so pleased to hear the positive feedback on the security and compliance of Bridge with regards to your regulatory requirements. We strive to keep the platform safe and secure for all our users. Thanks again!

  ### 44. Great support!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Electrical/Electronic Manufacturing | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2020

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

They are very hands on! When I chat... they find an answer!

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

The reporting format is not my favorite.

**Recommendations to others considering Bridge:**

Try it out, don’t be afraid to ask questions over and over. Even if it’s the. Same one! They are so helpful. If you’re struggling on making a decision, just dive in!

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am able to keep better track of all my trainings and learners score. As an Admin, I can clear or Mark a learner as complete with 1 click

  ### 45. Simple, Elegant and Enjoyable to Use

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Construction | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 11, 2020

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

I love the simplicity of Bridge and the clean elegant design. It's intuitive and easy to use. I enjoy working in the system - it's a bit addictive!

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

Bridge is missing some features that would make training logistics easier - but on the flipside it is evolving all the time and these features will no doubt be available in the future. An example is with the Live Training functionality - there is no waitlist function, no option to bulk upload enrollments and no option to set up a session for a tbc date. Bridge is trying to avoid feature bloat, and that's great, but hopefully it will listen to it's customers and add the things that make most sense to make lives easier and Bridge even more satisfying to use.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's enabling us to make our learning offerings more accessible to all of our people - it's helping us realise our vision of empowering learning and providing learning that people want to do and that has a lasting impact.

  ### 46. Bridge lets me easily manage my career and my team

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Internet | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 03, 2020

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

Bridge has a nice feature that lets me view my team's achievements on a timeline. This is really nice when it comes time for performance reviews, because past history is already there for me.
I also like the ability to set up 1-1s with anyone (my team, my peers, and so on) and track when they are complete because it helps me stay accountable to them.
Bridge also has excellent support and an informative manager training webinar series.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

The navigation in Bridge is really confusing and could use an update.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Bridge to track my career goals, my achievements, my 1-1s, and those of my team

  ### 47. A friendly training management system

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Hospitality | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 26, 2020

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

Bridge is easy to use, the interface is not something that looks like it uses HTML tables or frames. It's easy to navigate through, so it's a user friendly interface for both administrators and users.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

Sorting through incredibly thorough data dumps. It's data. It's through. It's chaotic and lovely.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Compliance. We've used the 1:1s and Performance Conversations for more qualitative performance evaluations and reviews. The importance of on-demand training to our employees.

  ### 48. Easy to Get Started, Lacking Adult Learning Features

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Education Management | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 04, 2020

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

Bridge's Author interface is simple to use, especially for content creators who are hesitant to use new technology. It makes the shift from slide presentations to an LMS easy. The analytics feature is also very helpful in tracking learner progress.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

Bridge is a great compliance tool, but our organization doesn't use an LMS for compliance. There are basic features that are missing, i.e. a discussion forum for learners to openly discuss courses and ideas, a way for learners to see each other's assignments. These are the foundations of adult learning that are not embedded in the tool. The commenting features are not enough for our use case, and we have to supplement Bridge with other tools. It is also challenging to build interactive visuals in the system as it doesn't allow the upload of such files.

**Recommendations to others considering Bridge:**

Bridge is a great tool to use for compliance. However, if you are using it for adult learning and development, it is missing features of adult learning that are essential: a discussion forum and way for peers to see each other's assignments and uploads are the biggest missing features to me, as someone who cares deeply about the application of learnings.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As I mentioned, we use Bridge because of the ease of getting started and because the analytics are helpful. Many of our authors are new to LMS systems so the ability to use slides, the Studio feature, and commenting is very helpful.

  ### 49. Simple yet effective LMS and Performance Management System

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Events Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 27, 2020

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

Bridge Perform helps people leaders do all year long performance conversations and regular 1-on-1 (s) with their employees instead of just an annual performance review.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

Bridge is of course not a Project Management tool to manage tasks and timelines and it is difficult for people leaders to engage their teams using just Bridge.

Bridge Author is not sophisticated enough with training and editing tools to use it as a platform for client training.

**Recommendations to others considering Bridge:**

A good platform to use for career, performance, and learning management to engage employees. It enforces a mind shift in the way performance conversations are conducted.

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

I love how self explanatory it is! Even people with little technology experience can use it.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

Because it is so self-explanatory, it is hard to really customize. To create courses that are extremely boring I have to use the adobe creative suite and then add them in.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Pulling reports can get tricky with live trainings. We have worked with our rep and she is showing us how to do so.
