## Bridge Reviews
  ### 1. Bridge Makes Learning Fun

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paula K. | SVP Director of Bank Operations, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 18, 2023

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

We purchased Bridge initially for it's ease of use. Building training is simple and anyone can build content as there is not a steep learning curve.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

Sometimes I would like additional functionality building content. What makes it so easy is the basic functionality but that can also be a downfall.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Publishing content to learning groups in an efficient manner that can be tracked and monitored.

**Official Response from Emily Manning:**

> Thank you so much for sharing your feedback Paula. We're glad to hear that Bridge is having a positive impact on your organization.

We'd love to help you get more out of your content authoring! I believe you have an account with Gomo, our more advanced authoring tool. Please reach out to bridgesuccess@bridgeapp.com if you'd like some resources to help you get the most out of Gomo.

  ### 2. Overall, a good experience with creating, assigning, and tracking employee learning.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Leslie S. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 14, 2023

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

It's nice to have all the training courses in one place with the ability to assign, auto re-enroll, etc. It's handy.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

I do have issues with the analytics being a little hard to retrieve and to read information - tracking your group of people and their progress is a little complicated.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Housing the annual mandetory training courses and keeping a record of completions.

**Official Response from Emily Manning:**

> Thanks so much for your feedback Leslie, we're pleased to hear you're having a good experience with Bridge! I'm sorry to hear you're having some issues with analytics. I encourage you to join us at one of our weekly live Analytics trainings for some useful tips and tricks.

  ### 3. Bridge is very user friendly and appealing to the eye.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mariana C. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 14, 2023

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

The ability to send messages to learners in a course. This comes in very helpful when there is an update on a course and we want to mass notify the team.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

I wish we were able to click a button to reset everyone at once.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Storing our training courses in one place and being able to organize them in different libraries.

  ### 4. Helpful to track all training in one place.

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Joe D. | Director of Human Resources, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 20, 2023

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

It looks like there are additional features that are added on there on a continual basis.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

I wish we had a dedicated customer account rep or someone to go to for questions.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

There is the new feature where videos cannot be skipped. That is extremely helpful to know they are watching the entire video.

**Official Response from Justin Smith:**

> Hi there Joe, thank you for your candid feedback! My name is Justin and I’m one of the dedicated customer success managers that oversees your account. You’re -always- welcome to send an email over our way or attend our daily Office Hours sessions. ### 5. Bridge Transformed our Learning Content

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 14, 2023

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

Bridge is very user friendly and intuitive. The Bridge CS team is always readily available to answer questions and provide best practices - which we greatly appreciate. We also love that closed captions for videos within Bridge Advanced Video can be translated to so many languages.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

My only wish is that the video editing within Bridge Advanced Video was a bit more robust.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Prior to Bridge, we just kept product training videos on an unlisted YouTube channel. Having a centralized location that also allows us to add questions is beneficial.

  ### 6. Learning Management System is useful and efficient.

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 20, 2024

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

The onboarding experience was amazing. Great training, support and help throughout the whole process.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

Creating content is very limited. Courses hard to make professional looking unless you bring in your own premade content.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As our consultants our onboarded they complete the courses in Bridge and it saves me hours of answering the same questions.

**Official Response from Emily Manning:**

> We're thrilled to hear that you had an amazing onboarding experience with Bridge, and that Bridge is saving you hours by streamlining your own onboarding process for your consultants! We're committed to providing efficient solutions that benefit our users, and we really appreciate your support.

We'd love to speak to you about Gomo, our partner authoring tool which direct publishes to Bridge and gives you far more course creation features and flexibility. Please reach out if you'd like to know more!

Thanks so much for taking the time to leave us your feedback.

  ### 7. Better for Development than Training

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tyler H. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 14, 2023

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

It's easy to track what training and goals people have completed.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

There aren't a lot of formatting options to design trainings without adding and paying for separate services.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bridge makes it easy to assign and track training for all new hires and and all new trining for existing employees.

**Official Response from Ryan Houmand:**

> Thank you so much for your input, it's super helpful. The standard offering for Bridge is indeed fairly simple by design. We know there are more sophisticated authoring tools available, and we all love the tools we're used to using, right? That said, If you’re looking for something more advanced we do offer Gomo as a more advanced authoring tool. It pairs extraordinarily well with Bridge and while it is offered as an add-on, it offers the formatting options you're looking for.

Customer support is great - they helped me many times. I love that I can chat with them - response time is amazing.

It is really helpful to be able to set up and manage subaccounts for our clients all over the country, while maintaining ownership of our content.

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

Not having flexible authoring to create more interactive learning without going to a 3rd party authoring source. Would like to have templates built in.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Compliance training, leveling up of team mates' knowledge base and new hire training. Knowledge checks and adoption rates. Product knowledge.

  ### 17. Interactive and user friendly.

  ### 21. Innovative tool for business operating and managing

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chirayu S. | Team lead, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 06, 2023

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

It is the most convenient and user-friendly tool for managing businesses and solving business problems. Helps you make your business and enterprise more scaled.
You can easily unify and visualize the information from other data sources and platforms.
HAs many seamless and advanced features and functionalities for making your workflow more accessible and more convenient. Navigation with multiple datasets and other platforms is so smooth and classifying.
There is also a feature of organizing the data and files of your business by creating libraries for those; everything is fully secured and managed correctly.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

Not easy to transfer data or files created in this software to other similar platforms; the process sometimes gets clumsy and time-consuming.
I think the software should also be provided with scheduling and more automative features for reducing human commands and human errors.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has been the most flexible and convenient tool in business management. It has made my work of managing data by saving and importing library files accessible anytime from anywhere.
It is helping us modify and create campaign content according to our interests and which attracts more and more customers.

  ### 22. Easy to use LMS tool - would recommend!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 17, 2023

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

Bridge is very user-friendly and generally easy to use. Solid UX and UI making it great for both authors and learners. Bridge has helped us create a seamless online / remote orientation experience. As a fully-remote company, tools like this are essential to keep the team informed, involved, and educated!

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

Nothing in particular comes to mind with dislikes based on my use of the tool. Perhaps there could be more features and flexibility to customize courses as an author. However, I do appreciate how simple and easy to use it is. Sometimes making it too intricate is a negative as it takes more time and knowledge to use fully.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bridge solves many problems that fully-remote companies like mine often face. For instance, we use Bridge to create a uniform and well-versed orientation experience, to help consistently train specific roles/teams, and more.

  ### 23. A great app to planning a better career

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ankit Z. | Human Resources Executive, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 27, 2023

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

It provides a great support and helps for students to choose better career option for the future.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

It can be better by providing some smart features to choose the right path for students.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It solves the problem to choose the right career path for students and it provides great support for it.

  ### 24. Okay LMS, trying to do too much

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 05, 2022

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

I love the concept of bridge. All your learning and development needs in one place! It's your LMS, it can house 1:1 agendas, you can tackle
Performance reviews in there. Awesome! It's just too much and nothing at a high quality.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

It's not exciting or engaging. As an admin, I cannot customize anything on the pages to fit our org. While j love the concept, execution leaves a lot to be desired. There's so much backend set up to do in order to get skills to work right or for all these pieces to play well together. Since I came in after it was launched, we'd need an entire reimplementation to get things working.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's currently being used as our all-org LMS tool and houses our anti-harassment training. Some of our internal users also capture 1:1 information in here. We opted not to use the performance review feature in bridge because the core questions were not customizable.

  ### 25. Graphically pleasing, simple to use; but limited in features and slow in innovation.

**Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Saul H. | Senior Director of Training & People Development, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2020

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

I can figure out almost anything I need to on my own. It is very intuitive.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

Lack of integration with other systems beyond an API feed, coupled with cumbersome reporting that still requires a lot of manual processes behind the scenes for us to maintain records for OSHA compliance, has diminished our interest in the product and will lead to termination of contract.

**Recommendations to others considering Bridge:**

This is a simple, powerful program. Know that you will pay by seat, so costs will continue to accrue over time as your organization experiences turnover and/or growth. Be prepared to manually create and maintain reporting for compliance and audit purposes.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have been able to offer eLearning opportunities online. It's easy to position courses for learners to access.

  ### 26. Knowledge retention features are the main asset

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Filippo S. | Multilingual Support Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 25, 2022

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

Possibility to easily create engaging learning material

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

Not a lot of variation in quiz formats. Sometimes dashboard is slow to refresh.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Access to learning modules that are easy to manage and engaging

  ### 27. Bridge has revolutionized how we do training

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Government Administration | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 02, 2022

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

We went live with Bridge just about 6 months before the pandemic changed how we work. Being able to offer eLearning for staff has only enhanced our training programs. Just recently, we have started using Bridge programs for orienting new staff to our agency and providing a consistent foundation for training. We have had positive reviews from our learners thus far, and we look forward to expanding their options even further in the future. In addition, Bridge provides excellent communication and training on updates and new features.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

When Bridge migrated videos from Studio to Bridge Advanced Video, there was some lost time as Closed Captions had to be edited on those videos again.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bridge has allowed us to provide consistent orientation and training to new employees. This foundational training enables learners to take control of their learning and increases engagement with the material through interactive lessons, quizzes, etc. In addition, it allows us to track that learning in a convenient way.

  ### 28. Bridge Review

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Food & Beverages | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 14, 2022

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

Central hub for all virtual learning, easy to assign employees courses and build out basic trainings.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

Lots of glitches with ADP daily sync & integration, users sometimes disappear for no reason.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Consolidation of virtual trainings all in one place

  ### 29. Bridge is one of the greatest platforms I've ever used.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Derwin Eduardo V. | Customer Service Representative, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 29, 2021

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

I like the idea of having a library where you can find exactly what you need and want at the moment you really need it.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

I think that the fluency needs to be improved since there are times when you need to find something and the system starts loading something but it. Takes a while to load.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Personally it helps a lot to train people since it's a library where you can find different type of courses to train people in the company to avoid spending a lot of money hiring trainers when are to completely required.

  ### 30. Bridge is OK, but it's clunky to use

**Rating:** 2.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Internet | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 15, 2021

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

Bridge was helpful to have a place to train our teams. We could create all of the different lessons we needed and assign them to the teams we wanted to take them, and track who was completing the trainings.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

As someone who used Bridge as both an author and a learner, it was just unenjoyable/difficult to use. When creating lessons, there weren't a lot of options of different ways you could set up training and trying to get the right lists of people assigned to the right lessons was a pain in the butt. Having the integrations with LinkedIn Learning was helpful in theory, but not in practice. When you were trying to find a lesson, you would get a ton of results because it wasn't just pulling the content you created.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used Bridge to train our employees on company updates, product/feature launches, and onboarding. It's helpful to be able to assign courses and seeing who's completing them. All in all it was fine and it was definitely a step up from LearnCore/having nothing, but it wasn't amazing.

  ### 31. Bridge Review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 09, 2020

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

Bridge Support! They are so good and get right back to me with questions, challenges allowing me to help our learners.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

I wish that Bridge would allow for a survey that is more than likert scale.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Learning more all the time of how to better utilize Bridge. It is a really good LMS. I look forward to the day that our organization can upgrade.

**Official Response from Drew Stinger:**

> Thank you so much for your review and input on Bridge! I'll be sure to pass on your feedback about the employee engagement survey (Likert scale) to our product team to take into consideration as we constantly look to improve the product and experience for our customers!

  ### 32. Bridge LMS Review

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Professional Training & Coaching | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 10, 2021

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

This is the best LMS for uploading videos directly into the platform because of the quick speed and the generous size per file.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

The cost is high compared to some other LMSs. No gamification.

**Recommendations to others considering Bridge:**

Bridge is one of the better LMSs because it is easy to use, sleek design, and has many features. The cost per year is higher than some of its competitors. There is also a one-time setup fee in the thousands.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed to offer clients a learning platform online and to be able to track their progress.

  ### 33. Nice, but not great

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nathan H. | Customer Service Training Specialist, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 26, 2021

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

I really liked the ease with which I could upload learning modules. This made it easy to organize learning modules and distribute to learners.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

I would have liked more reporting abilities, and it was difficult at times to migrate data to other platforms.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our learners were constantly talking about how they needed more training. Having this LMS allowed us to provide them instant access to all of the training materials we have.

  ### 34. Bridge - ADA compliant, easy for instructors to track learner progress, innovative technology

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Molly S. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 13, 2020

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

I love that building courses and programs is intuitive. Designing a slide with a video and question prompt was easy to learn. What I appreciate is the template allows for those of us who are building a program to focus more time and energy on our actual content rather than needing to figure complex, confusing ways to display and deliver it. The customer service is top notch for questions when they arise too.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

We've had to custom build a report that doesn't yet exist in bridge to track users' comments. As comments/responses are a big part of schools' participation points and grades, this was a necessary add on for us to build ourselves, though I have to imagine many others would benefit from an additional feature such as this in bridge. It's one of the top requests we get from university's who are using our educational program.

**Recommendations to others considering Bridge:**

If you're new to building a course or training program online, this is the place to start! You'll be able to take your content whether it be written, articles, videos, questions, quizzes and will easily be able to upload it to bridge in a way that makes sense to your learners.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've been able to bring global competence learning to the world in an accessible, fun and interactive way, this is new - a global cohort of learners from around the world exploring identity, power and privilege, stereotypes in an online space. Having the benefit of the forum having representation from all over the world is invaluable.

  ### 35. A great LMS for businesses needing a learning center!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Victoria B. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2020

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

My favorite feature in Bridge would definitely be how easy it is to arrange programs. I was part of the team that originally implemented Bridge for our company and this made our organization processes much easier. It also allows for better visibility when something is updated or changes, as you can automatically re-enroll all of the previous learners and track their completion. The reporting is also quite good, as it shows you exactly what your learners have been doing, how long things have been overdue for, etc. We have not used the marketplace much but I have browsed it and it seems quite extensive!

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

There are not many cons to using Bridge, but I think that the course creation could use a few more formatting tools. The smart questions could use some improvement too, sometimes I enter "smart options" and they do not format correctly for the learners. Another very minor thing is that when I export reporting, even if I just download a single report, it puts it in a .zip file that I have to extract. This is not the ideal method for me, and I wish that there were better options or even automated reporting that could be sent to administrators or select users.

**Recommendations to others considering Bridge:**

My advice to anyone considering Bridge is to try it out! We looked at several LMS programs and Bridge was the choice for us. They make setting it up and launching it so easy, and worth it for everyone. I also get a lot of really positive feedback from employees going through our training process!

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We needed a solid LMS for our company and Bridge was the answer to that question. The benefits have been wonderful, and keeping our employees trained and up to date has become easy. Whenever content is updated or a procedure changes, it is extremely easy to just re-enroll all of the learners.

  ### 36. Beautiful design, continues to improve

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryan R. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2020

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

The ease of use for both users and admin is very clean and logical. Edits to classes can be made seamlessly and quickly, and developments are regularly rolled out that increase efficiency and options.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

Some more robust features particularly around scheduling enrollments for classes and automated learning paths would be great- however, I do know there is an upcoming implementation that will hopefully address some of those things!

**Recommendations to others considering Bridge:**

If you have a complicated training plan or a lot of different plans, this may not be the product for you. However, if you are adaptable and adjustable and are mainly looking to track, plan for and report against classes, these is a great tool that will leave users and administrators happy. The ease-of-use is really ace.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bridge allows us to effortlessly track different types of trainings. The ability to run reports based on individual classes has been incredibly useful in developing career paths for some of our employees.

**Official Response from Drew Stinger:**

> Ryan, thank you for your review! We appreciate and value your input as a user of Bridge! I'll be sure to pass on your feedback and suggestions to our product team as we are always reviewing feedback to plan our next feature updates. Thanks again!

  ### 37. Nice group incentive operating system

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Wyn D. | Associate Vice President - Technical Remediation Expert, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 08, 2021

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

The application has many characteristics and features, one of friends easy to use, and therefore a fairly intuitive sending a copy that makes it ideal for professional development, job performance, quality and much else for every user who adapts quickly to his mechanics and mechanisms. The capabilities of tracking are accurate so that we can store data of various parameters of our interest that help us to adjust our material.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

My main thing about this product is whether I don't interact with the many possibilities I could have chosen, that I'd like to include a wider choice and that they are often more vibrant but not just a simple text ask, for instance making a poll. Administrators cannot create their it using reports because they are equally shared by the android phone and can not be customised.

**Recommendations to others considering Bridge:**

Maybe this isn't the LMS tool for you when you are constantly looking for just an developed content construct device during an LMS. if you want another simple feature which is easy for mass teachers, it fits this bill and offers more advanced authors with 3rd Party job applications some additional flexibility.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our LMS is Bridge. Bridge. We use them to provide training and to make training completions easier to be accountable. Several of the advantages is that intelligent group features have some flexible usage cases, depending on which fields you are able to add to your file format and track at Causeway. It is unusual for me to devise a place use an intelligent group to identify the actual group I would like to recruit in the firm. The ability to access videos with Studio, even from outside is another advantage that we have realized.

  ### 38. Ideal for the right type of company

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Regine T. | Sr, Staff Software Engineer, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 30, 2020

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

I would definitely like to use my favorite Bridge feature to organize projects. I had been member of the group that initially put Bridge in place for our company which facilitated our organization. It also gives greater visibility if this is modified or changed, since all previous students can automatically be re-registered and followed up. It's also good to report, because it reveals how much your students did, how long that's going were overdue, etc. Humans didn't really use the marketplace, but I saw it, and it looks quite extensive!

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

The weak link in this LMS is reporting. I might rather they go from such an F- to a D, even with the upgrade. In comparison with its competitors, it still pales. The greatest weakness in reporting is the failure to report who has not received a specific training at the company. This report cannot be executed by Bridge. It is not intuitive to report. The monitoring seems to be quite the inverse as large as the UI in Bridge.

**Recommendations to others considering Bridge:**

For something someone with little or no training is looking for, Bridge's PERFECT. This is the perfect tool whether you have one manager. Your customer service in the industry is unparalleled. I expected my head mounted when I bought Bridge and Bridge did something which effectively than I ever assumed.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of the great advantages was the flexibility of the use of the LMS, which now has to be integrated on a nationwide level, and the team leaders have been prepared to change it so much. The development of curricula has been simplified with its own content management procedure and gamer lessons and metadata tests can reasonably quickly be provided.

  ### 39. Bridge

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2021

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

It's easy to see all your courses and modules

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

It's a little clunky and disintuitive at times

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It worked well for school

  ### 40. Great Concept, Needs More Tweaking

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Christina K. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 10, 2020

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

Bridge is beautiful and clean looking. It also makes it easy for managers to track their own team's progress.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

Videos typically do not work when learning from a mobile device such as a phone or iPad. I think there should be a better integration with Google Slides/uploading them as a course.

**Recommendations to others considering Bridge:**

Sometimes Bridge can be too simple, so rewatching training videos can be helpful. There aren't a lot of options for customization within the platform other than logo/colors, etc.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I like the sub account use for non-employes, I don't like that you can either have the auto CSV upload OR manually add users, you should be able to do both at once if needed.

  ### 41. A Great LMS for Corporate Learning

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jill T. | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 13, 2020

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

The user and admin experiences are very intuitive. Quick responses to most support requests. The frequent updates are definitely a plus. You can also set up your own sub-account and admin functions

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

Lack of support for SCORM issues - with a third party maintaining their SCORM it is difficult to get problems resolved. Often the fixes work only for a short time. This is causing us to work-around Bridge instead of with Bridge.

**Recommendations to others considering Bridge:**

Bridge is responsive to feedback, so let them know what you need.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ease of assigning mandatory training and the ability to create and organize a library of learning experiences.

  ### 42. Best Customer Service in the LMS Industry.

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Robert N. | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 05, 2020

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

The customer service. When you call their help desk, you get a person that is empowered to help with deep knowledge of the product. They do not operate off of a binder. They are as responsive as any customer I have ever experienced. I give them an A+++. I have had several challenges and Bridge and their staff have worked with me, came up with suggestions for solutions, and followed through with what they say. This is perhaps the best part of their customer service. They do what they say they will. Example: When I purchased Bridge, they did not have multiple days for ILT. They promised me that this was close to being implemented and they showed me screen shots. Sure enough, a few months after I purchased Bridge, it came out. They consistently do this.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

Reporting is the weak-link in this LMS. Even with the upgrade, I would say they went from a F- to a D. It still pales in comparison to their competitors. The biggest weakness in the reporting is the inability to run a report on who in the company has not taken a particular training. Bridge is unable to run that report. The reporting is not intuitive. As great as the UI is in Bridge, the reporting is quite the opposite.

**Recommendations to others considering Bridge:**

If you are looking for something that anyone can use with no or little training, Bridge is PERFECT. If you have one administrator, this is the perfect tool. Their customer service is unparalleled in the industry. When I purchased Bridge, I needed my hand held and Bridge did that better than I could have ever expected.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The helped increase a learning culture by having a UI that our learners can easily navigate through. Our new employees take roughly 20-40 training courses within their first few weeks because the training is easily accessed. In the construction industry, we tend to be behind the times with technology. Bridge was the perfect LMS for us to expose our learners to easily accessible learning. The problems that we have with reporting exist because Bridge helps us increase user engagement with our learners.

  ### 43. User and Admin friendly!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Marketing and Advertising | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2020

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

The user experience is by far the best! All pages are easy to follow AND great to look at... very inviting!

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

I think the only downside is the survey feature. For what I would like to do, like quickly attach a survey to each course, it's not customizable.

**Recommendations to others considering Bridge:**

To those considering Bridge, ask your representative all questions you can possibly think of as far as potential challenges, demos, etc. All Bridge employees I have interacted with have been rockstars. All of my questions were answered with a lot of industry knowledge and honesty.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's to easy to create content and edit directly in Bridge. Other LMS's I've seen make admins jump through hoops to make edits or relaunch.

  ### 44. Perfect option for the right kind of enterprise

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Martin H. | Project Engineer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 19, 2020

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

This program stands out for several virtues and features, one of which will be its simple to use and a very elegant graphical interface that helps every consumer to easily adjust to their complexities and features making it suitable for preparation, job management, success and far more. Tape recorder are very reliable which enables us to preserve data of various measurements of our value and helps us to fine-tune our material.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

I hope there is a way of having a ROI dashboard for having to learn admin relying on where we want to be. There are more than enough "ordinary" features that I wish Bridge had made available in their Canvas offering. Even don't even like a new "company system" where we only go through a pool of people and haven't had daily touchpoints. I was very disappointed with their contact with the customers.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

One of it's great benefits has been its flexibility of use, this same integration of LMS now have to take place on a national basis as well as the team leaders were prepared to modify so well to it. With its own application development method, curriculum development has been made simpler, and pro-interactive lessons and information tests can be provided relatively easily.

  ### 45. Nice software for employee engagement

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Bronius S. | UX/UI Designer, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2020

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

This application stands out for many qualities and functions, one of them would be its easy to use as well as a rather intuitive graphical interface which allows any user to adapt quickly to its dynamics and functions making it ideal for training, career management, performance and much more. Tracking capabilities are really accurate which allows us to keep a data of different metrics of our interest which help us fine tune our content.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

I think the main aspect that I did not like about this software is the lack of interacting with some of the available options, I would have liked to have a wider range of options to choose from and that these are also more dynamic and not just a plain text question for example making a survey. There is no way for administrators to create their own reports as these are automatically generated by the app and there is no way to customize them.

**Recommendations to others considering Bridge:**

This is software that is broadly adapted to the necessary requirements to host and deliver academic, professional learning features which are so well developed and are able to be applied to any company and business branch that your organization may have, this is a great benefit that very few usually achieve as Bridge does, for this and many more I recommend to all companies that really care about people and need to create a learning culture that lasts over time.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Because of the department in charge of the whole aspect of training was a little small in the beginnings of the company I work for, it was very difficult to consistently create training materials that would give real value to the knowledge of the users since we did not have a way to count the performance once these materials that were taken, with Bridge we now have complete control of all the metrics that allow us to know how efficient we are being and if there are parts where we need to improve our content.

  ### 46. As intuitive as it is beautiful!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tiffany L. | Director of the Family Child Care Home Visiting Initiative, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 01, 2020

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

What I like most about Bridge is the support you receive in ramping up to going live. It is unlike anything I've ever experienced in the world of learning management systems. I've worked for two other organizations where I oversaw the creation of new content and Bridge, hands-down, has all the bases covered.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

I can't say there's anything I dislike. I suppose it is inconvenient that you have to pay for it but nothing in life is free. When we first inquired about the cost we were told, "Bridge isn't the cheapest of learning management systems but it also isn't the most expensive." That really stood out to me because I appreciated that they knew cost is a consideration for many organizations but they didn't cut corners on creating a beautiful and intuitive interface. Our userbase is not a particularly technologically savvy bunch so paying a little more for this feature was totally worth it.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a national organization with affiliates outside the US and have experienced difficulty supporting our growing implementation sites. When new people are hired they have to be flown to New York City to be trained in person. People were going months without receiving the official onboarding which really affected their ability to implement to fidelity. This allowed us to transition to a hybrid of synchronous/asynchronous learning. Then, when NYC "closed" and we transitioned to working from home, we didn't have the option of hosting our annual national conference, our biggest training opportunity of the year. Since we had Bridge, we conducted some of the conference sessions live and some were created ahead of time and stored on Bridge for our learners to access. This has increased our reach 1,000%.

  ### 47. It's very convenient

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Suvaka P. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2020

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

I like that its easy to track metrics such as how many people took the course and how many finished, did not finish, etc. It's easy to upload users in one take. I use Bridge on a daily basis and its easy to enrol people. Creating the couses was also straightforward and easy.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

I don't like that sometimes people have trouble logging in and they do not get the invite email right away so I have to manually send them their invitation to join Bridge. One thing I would like to learn how to do is exporting the files. We created the course directly in Bridge so we didn't have a PPT created earlier. it would be nice to be able to export the files and keep as a read only file or as a PDF. it is also difficult to think about how to gather more metrics like the time people spent on this. One thing that would be nice is to have someone available for technical problems which isn't always available.

**Recommendations to others considering Bridge:**

I would recommend this platform to anyone that is looking to make courses available to the public. This is a pretty easy software to use and is easy to track certain details such as how far along someone is in the course, how long it will take for someone to complete the course, how many users are enrolled in one course, etc. Another good attribute about this program is that it allows you to create your own organization's certificate of course completion. This is useful because not only do we have the ability to encourage people to take a course to earn a certificate, this online PDF certificate is available to users immediately following the conclusion of a course. This is something that is very beneficial!

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am trying to solve the problem of enrolling people to take courses and to measure metrics. I noticed the benefits are that this is track able but its also general which gives us good insight.

  ### 48. Bridge Changes add great value!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ken T. | CTO/COO, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2020

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

I love the new features of performance visibility. This allows my managers to comb through the information quickly so that they can focus on employee development. This goes hand in hand with the support I have received from Instructure.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

I like it all. There is nothing that I actually dislike. The better question is what do I like the least. So if I had to add something I'd say the training calendar could have a few more integrated functionality with other calendar APIs

**Recommendations to others considering Bridge:**

When looking at the competition and comparing what we were getting for the price and the functionality, bridge just made sense for us. We liked the fact that they were a cloud solution because that is important to my company, but we also liked the ease of use for our managers and users. We liked that it was a true learning management system and that is wasn't a content management system or customer relations management system that was masquerading as a learning management system. We appreciated the fact that the the software was there for one reason and was not trying to pack functionalities or capabilities that would take away from the true focus. Competitors to this tool weren't so straight forward and took away from what we were looking for. We also are truly impressed with the level of support that this tool comes with. I have been able to reach out to our contact directly with any questions or concerns and I receive a reply the same day in most cases. This is a solid product with amazing support.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bridge is an amazing tool and although we have not implemented it within our company yet, I do see the benefits and we will be training thousands of users with this tool.

  ### 49. Bridge Learn a lot of things right!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Tyler R. | Safety Facilitator, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2020

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

Bridge Learn is simple to use and allows for multimedia integration flexibility.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

The customizability is limited. One prime example is the inability to customize notifications without paying a premium customization price.

**Recommendations to others considering Bridge:**

If you are looking for an advanced content Building tool in an LMS, this may not be the LMS for you. If you want a basic tool that is easy to teach to the masses, this one fits that bill and still provides some flexibility for more advanced authors using 3rd party applications.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Bridge is our LMS. We use it to deliver training and facilitate accountability for training completions. One of the benefits we've realized is the smart group functionality has some flexible use cases depending on what custom fields you can add to your data file and then map in Bridge. It is rare that I can't find a way to use a smart group to target the exact group in the company I want for a training. Another benefit that we've realized is the ability to house and share videos, even externally, with Studio.

  ### 50. A solid platform for professional develoment

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Higher Education | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 12, 2020

**What do you like best about Bridge?**

I like that we can enroll in self-paced and Live sessions. Faculty can link directly to a session or a course title. We also like the ability to create a credit for multiple modalities of learning.

**What do you dislike about Bridge?**

The reporting feature and survey tools are not very robust. Faculty want to run a report and have to wade through csv file to pull relevant training data.

**Recommendations to others considering Bridge:**

This is a robust site, and end-users will be pleased with intuitive navigation and ease of use.

**What problems is Bridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Professional development, tracking, enrolling and reporting training all in one location. We can bring in content or create our own.
