The platform offers an easy way to collect the learning opportunities hosted by the organization including scheduling, attendance, reminders, and housing certificates and completion records. It is intuitive and accessible for annual and even quarterly learning opportunities and required trainings for organizations HR, Risk, and local regulatory obligations. The one thing that seems to fall a bit short is the ability for Bridge to receive the information from LinkedIn Learning once an outside training is completed. We have had folks complete trainings via LinkedIn Learning but Bridge does not capture the completion and continues to send reminders. It is a great repository for training content, and we use it for everything from administration, to safety, to product knowledge. Creating and editing content is very simple, and employee registration is also a very quick and easy task. Reporting is pretty decent and we will use it for auditing purposes. Often we have a difficult time with employees trying to locate a course, and we have to send them a direct link, or enroll them, which makes the process much less self driven. As someone who regularly uses the platform for safety and job-related training, I appreciate how clearly the courses are organized and how seamless the experience is from start to finish. From an administrative perspective, Bridge makes it easy to assign training courses to employees across campus, monitor their progress, track completions, and generate certificates.
