**What do you like best about Bridge-IT?**

Bridge is great at simplifying performance reporting and billing. I can choose what reports my clients see, build my own benchmarks, and billing is done quickly and efficiently.

**What do you dislike about Bridge-IT?**

Some customization is limited. I have to email support to make certain changes which takes time. I wish we had the ability to have more customization.

**What problems is Bridge-IT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A simple way to complete performance reporting and billing.

**What do you like best about Bridge-IT?**

I like how easy it is to see the patient medical history, there’s no difficulty in finding their main concerns. I also like how easy it is to chart perio. 

**What do you dislike about Bridge-IT?**

I dislike how difficult it is to set up upcoming appointments, existing restorations are fine, but to create needed restorations takes more time than I have as a DA. The system has also been rather slow unless it’s just our IT situation. 

**Recommendations to others considering Bridge-IT:**

Take your time, spend as much time as you can practicing on it. 

**What problems is Bridge-IT solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Benefits include ease of understanding patient health history, patient notes, and ease of reading future treatment.
